APPLY FOR ADMISSION To apply for admission: 1. Complete the Application for Admission online at gc.edu. 2. If you are under 22 years of age, submit evidence of vaccination against bacterial meningitis or an exemption. 3. Submit all official transcripts (high school/GED and college). 4. Take the TSI assessment or submit valid scores for exemption. 5. Complete an orientation session. 6. Meet with an advisor to map out your class schedule.

FINANCIAL AID Scholarships, grants, loans, and student employment are several options available to qualified applicants. For more information, please visit the Financial Aid website at gc.edu or call (409) 944-1235. To apply for financial aid: 1. Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at fafsa.gov. 2. Review your Student Aid Report (SAR). 3. Submit required documentation (official transcripts, tax information, etc.) to the Financial Aid office.

ABOUT THE CAMPUS The Galveston College campus is conveniently located on beautiful Galveston Island on the Texas Gulf Coast. Our palm-lined campus is an eclectic blend of historical and modern architecture with well-equipped classrooms and laboratories, a student center, auditorium, a fine arts gallery, a library and learning resources center, atrium, and a counseling and advising center. Our fitness center is open to all students and contains a regulation-size gym, aerobics facilities, and workout room.

ATHLETICS Galveston College is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division I level in men’s baseball and women’s softball.
