Notice: Saturday, Dec. 7 - Downtown Parade Street Closures Downtown Modesto's annual Celebration of Lights holiday parade takes place Saturday, December 7 starting at 5:30 pm. Parking and vehicular traffic will be impacted according to the following schedule: 1:00 pm to 9 pm: H Street from 14th to 16th Streets I Street from 14th to 16th Streets 4:00 pm to 9 pm: H Street from 10th to 17th Streets I Street from 10th to 17th Streets J Street from 10th to 17th Streets K Street from 10th to 17th Streets
