destination and we thank you for your continued friendship and support. Our season kicks off with two performances of the brand new Broadway national tour of CATS. For the first time ever, a Broadway touring company will be using the Gallo Center to tech and rehearse their exciting new production before it hits the road and our audiences will be the first to see it. Downtown Modesto will be full of felines for two weeks in September! In addition to the very best of Broadway, this special anniversary season marks the return of some of the most popular names in our fifteen-year history, including George Lopez, Kristin Chenoweth and Itzhak Perlman, PLUS a long list of artists making their Gallo Center debuts, among them Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons, Belinda Carlisle and Black Violin. Dance is back in a big way with five of the world’s finest dance companies, including BODYTRAFFIC, Complexions and Pilobolus celebrating their 50th Anniversary. We’re also proud to continue our new collaboration with Central West Ballet by offering free Balcony Talks before every dance performance. Reaffirming our commitment to supporting local artists, our free summertime Brown Bag Concert Series at the Modesto Rotary Music Garden is also returning with an expanded lineup of great local talent!
