From securing highly exclusive tickets to orchestrating complex, multi destination travel, every element is managed with precision. We ensure an effortless experience from start to finish.

For clients embarking on bespoke journeys or electing on journey support, we remain available before and during travel to provide seamless coordination, thoughtful adjustments, and peace of mind throughout the experience.

As part of this commitment, we invest deeply in onboarding—learning your travel history, preferences, and aspirations. This allows us to build a meaningful client profile, streamline future planning, and ensure every journey is designed with intention, care, and precision from the very beginning.

To initiate this partnership, we request a one‑time, non‑refundable New Client Initiation Fee of $500 for this dedicated time.

We build on our knowledge of your travel style with every project.

We offer three distinct services -Bespoke Experiences, Curated Itineraries and Gallivant Concierge. Because every project is tailored to your unique priorities and preferences, we provide a custom proposal, after a brief consultation, for our services and associated fees.
