New Equipment Arriving at The Sports Club To make way for the new equipment the workout floor will be closed Thursday, October 9th through Tuesday, October 14th. Group Fitness Classes will continue as well as use of all other facilities. This is a great time to change up your workout and experience a new class!

The Highlands at Dove Mountain has extended an invitation for our members to usetheir fitness facility during this time. Peak usage at The Highlands is 6am - 11am, if you wish to avoid the crowd. When you arrive, please identify yourself as a Gallery Member in the ‘lot field’ of their log book.

Help us Kick-Off the NEW season of the Gallery Ladies 9-Hole League on November 11th!

Any female Golf, Sports Club or Sports Club PLUS member is welcome to play with us!

The Ladies 9-Hole League is a fun experience for golfers of ALL skill levels, whether you are an established player or still learning (like Jenny)! Our goal is to have fun, play a little golf, and make new friends!

The Ladies 9-Hole League meets every Tuesday afternoon at 3pm. As we work to build our group, we want to remind everyone that the Ladies 9-Hole League does not require a major commitment - if you can’t join us every Tuesday, that’s ok!

Join PGA/LPGA Professional, Kristie Fowler and the Staff at The Gallery Sports Club for this 4 week series to IMPROVE your golf game.

Class Schedule Oct. 30 – Celeste Cregan – Essentrics for Golf A full body, re-balancing, strengthening and flexibility program. Essentrics targets mobility and strength of the entire body – bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons.

Nov. 6 – Dawn Formoe – Power Training for Golf Learn exercise to increase drive, distance, strength, and ease of rotation.

Nov. 13 – Gina Rhine – Egoscue for Golf A series of highly effective exercises that stretch, strengthen, and relax the body, allowing it to return to proper alignment. Rediscover the body’s design and find a way to overcome physical limitations.

Nov. 20 – Kevin Romo-Leon – Pilates for Golf: By increasing the strength in the muscles of the abdomen and the back, known as the “core” of the body, Pilates plays a part in enabling golfers to develop a more powerful swing. Pilates for golf, or any aspect of your life, is great for overall body toning, conditioning and strengthening.
