Tu Nidito Children and Family Services is Southern Arizona’s resource that provides comfort, hope and support for children and families whose lives have been impacted by the diagnosis of a serious medical condition or the death of a loved one. Improve Your Game & Maintain Conditions Here is a helpful hint to help improve your ball-striking while helping to maintain practice conditions: After taking a divot, place the ball at the very back of the divot. Then proceed as you make one long divot. When divots are taken like this and our crew fills them in, the grass will grow back much quicker and even (left).

Pima Cup 2014-15 Calling all male Gallery Members!!! We are taking registration for each Pima Cup event this season. Pima Cup is a men’s interclub with other private clubs in the Tucson Area.

The format is a two-man best ball with 2 players in each category from each club: “A” players (0 – 8.9); “B” players (9.0 – 17.9) & “C” players (18.0 – 28.0).

Toll Brothers at Los Saguaros As we had announced in a previous Collage, Toll Brothers is offering our Gallery members an exclusive opportunity to reserve a homesite at Los Saguaros before they release the program to the public in early December.

A Pilates Manifesto Even as an instructor, setting a new fitness goal is intimidating. It requires ‘change’ and invites the anxiety that comes along with expanding our comfort zone. But there is one thing my clients have taught me - a new challenge is only feared when expectations remain unknown. So here is my initial attempt to help you understand Pilates work.

“We will work hard. We will try easy. We will care about every little detail.

We will not waste time. We will definitely not waste energy. We will overcome all distractions. We will be present.

We will sometimes sweat a lot. We will be sore often. We will find hidden strength and flexibility, guaranteed.

We will fix the body’s bad habits. We will also test the body’s limits. We will learn when we fail. We will celebrate the progress we make.

We will share knowledge. We will self-experiment with nutrition. We will drink good wine and enjoy good food, that’s a commitment.

We will be curious with exercise options. We’ll even try something ‘hard.’ We will never get discouraged, and we will always redefine what is possible.
