Around the Club James Redmond Documentary Cindy and Bob Asbell’s granddaughter, Samantha, did a documentary on Mr. Redmond’s life and experience in World War II. She is a High School Sophomore in Texas.

Jennifer Rischard LMT I am a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy 1000 hour certification program and an Arizona Licensed Massage Therapist. Over two decades of teaching group fitness, yoga and participating on a competitive level in endurance sports have given me unique insight into the physical and psychological demands of training, conditioning, and injury. I practice sports massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, Swedish massage, and pain management and injury rehab methods. Most treatments are a combination of techniques tailored to the clients specific needs. I believe in the body’s ability to heal itself and the powerful role that touch can play in facilitating an ease of movement.
