Holiday Hours Monday, December 21st The club will close at 3pm, so that our associates can come together to celebrate the season at our Annual Holiday Party.

Starting times are available until 11am on the South and we will have #1 & #10 tee starts on the North from 7:54am to 9:42am.

Thursday, December 24th We will offer starting times until 10am, and our Sports Club, Golf Shop & Grille will close at 3pm.

Around the Club

GWGA Community Campaigns Our Fall Charity Event for the Marana Community Food Bank was a tremendous success!! A huge THANK YOU goes to our GWGA and Gallery Members for your generous support. The grand total was $6,850 in donations which was over 85% OVER our goal. Typically, for every $1 donated, the food bank can distribute enough food for four meals to local children, families and seniors. But because of a matching challenge issued by generous benefactors during this holiday season, every $1 donated to the food bank will provide enough food for twelve meals! Marana Community Food Bank is very appreciative that you have made such an impact in people’s lives!

In Memory

The Gallery Golf Club offers our deepest sympathies and well-wishes to the family and friends of Mark Jacobson.

Mr. Jacobson passed on November 29th.

If you are currently subscribed to one of the Cart Programs, you will automatically be renewed this season. This year’s program will be billed in two installments...half in January and half in July. Adopt - A - Hole Program One of the strategic initiatives as we head into 2016 is to continue to enhance the quality and conditioning of our #1 asset – our golf courses. Heeding the suggestions and enthusiasm of several of our members, we are reaching out to the membership to begin an “Adopt-A-Hole” program.

Take Ownership: • Fill divots in fairway and tee boxes • Fix ball marks • Rake bunkers • Pick up trash • Report any maintenance needs to the Golf Shop As you sign up on a “respective hole” the Golf Shop staff will assist you with your commitment to keep your adopted hole beautiful by providing details on how, when, where and what to do. Of course this shall not replace or deter the individual efforts of our members and guests to continue to fill divots, fix ball marks and rake bunkers on a daily basis.

Golf Principles: Creating Effective Motion Join Gina Rhine and Glen Griffith for an informative and interactive class on the effective motions of the golf swing and how your body can work more efficiently. Your coaches will begin with a brief class Q&A session, physical warm up, and show golf swing motions we want to create for our most powerful, balanced, and accurate golf shots. Gina will guide you in creating flexibility, mobility, and improving motion for your golf swing. Each participant will receive follow up information on the desired golf swing motions and exercises to maximize YOUR results.
