On Sunday, April 10th, John Soderberg had a view very similar to this, but his ‘vision’ must have been pretty sharp as he drained his tee shot for an ACE! Witnessing and celebrating his accomplishment were his wife Dennice and fellow Gallery Members Perry and Terri Camp. Congratulations Mr. Soderberg!

Swim Lessons Available at the Sports Club by Jen Inboden Jen is an Arizona native that has been teaching swim for more than 15 years. She has taught private and semi-private lessons to both swimmers and non-swimmers of all ages. She has also coached a high school team here in Tucson for 12 years.

Some of the athletes she has worked with have gone on to compete at the college level. When she is not instructing swimmers, she competes in both open water events as well as US Masters Swimming.

Golf fitness isn’t about looking like a bodybuilder or the best player on Tour. It’s about being fit to play the game at an individual’s highest level and doing so without causing injury. It’s about understanding how a body’s limitations can influence the golf swing and how to address those limitations through the proper channels; whether it’s through swing instruction, physical rehabilitation or strength and conditioning exercise. It’s about understanding the latest technology and how that technology can be implemented to increase performance.

Training Team TROY PEARSON BS, TPI CERTIFIED GOLF FITNESS PROFESSIONAL - Graduated from the University Of Arizona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Troy is a National Champion Mountain Biker and a 13X Arizona State Champion Track Cyclist. Troy has been a fitness professional for nearly 30 years and has successfully trained clients of all skill levels and ages.

DAVID BENNETT—Many of us love the game of golf even with its numerous challenges.

Golf requires flexibility, power, and balance. To continue to enjoy the game, we will all need strength , a nutritious diet, and the three variables mentioned above. For the past 16 years, David has been enabling his clients to do just that. He has degrees from the University of Maryland and New York University and is TPI and ACE certified.

DAWN FORMOE BHSc, CI-CPT, POWER TRAINER for ELITE ATHLETES, EXERCISE NUTRITION, TPI CERTIFIED GOLF FITNESS PROFESSIONAL- Graduated from the prestigious Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, University of Arizona, with a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences. Over the past 15 years Dawn has trained elite athletes in university level collegiate sports, as well as weekend hobbyists, so they can perform and feel their absolute best. Being a golfer for over 30 years, Dawn has a clear understanding of the game and its physcial demands. She has dedicated the past seven years of her career at the Gallery Sports Club helping golfers acheive their goals and more.

Thursdays at 4:30pm Enjoy a full body workout that is fun and interactive!

3. EVERYONE CAN JOIN: In my class, I demonstrate high and low moderation of the exercises. First timers can simply jump right into my class and follow me.

5. GET HOOKED ON EXERCISE: Zumba workouts are so enjoyable that you actually want to keep coming back. It will keep you on a healthy routine.

Certified Zumba Instructor- Brenda’s journey in the fitness world started 5 years ago as she herself experienced the lifelong benefits of exercising. At her highest weight of 197 pounds she started to do group fitness classes and shed over 30 pounds. She became group fitness certified and began to teach a number of fitness courses ranging from Zumba, Kickboxing, strength and many others. Brenda taught at Lifetime Fitness, Town of Fishers, and private clubs in the Indianapolis, IN area. She is known for her high energy and passion for fitness and health.

In her spare time she enjoys training and competing in local and national triathlons.
