2b Menu Tasting: Thisisofferedasacourtesytotheweddingcoupleattheconvenienceofthehotel.MenuTastingisofferedinagroup setting,andyouwillbeofferedadatetoattend.Ifyouarenotabletoattend,youmaynominate2peopletoattendonyourbehalf.
3. NoalcoholicbeveragesofanykindwillbepermittedintotheHotelorontoitsgroundwithoutpermissionfromtheManagement.A Corkagechargewillapplyforwinesandthismayonlybeconsumedduringthemeal.Pleasenote,allexcessbottleswillberemovedatthe endofthemeal.
4. Thecustomerassumesresponsibilityforanydamagescausedbythemoranyoftheirguestsattendingthefunction.
5. TheHotelwillendeavourtoassistguestswiththestorageofequipment,personalproperty,weddingcakeetc.butacceptnoliabilityfor anydamageorloss.TheHotelwillnotacceptresponsibilityforanygoodsconsignedtotheHoteloranyofitsstaffinconnectionwithany event,allitemsmustbecollecteddayafterevent-thehotelisnotresponsibleforthecollection/storageofanyitemsbroughtinbythecouple orthirdpartysupplier.TheHotelreservestherighttodisposeofanyitemsnotcollectedwithin14daysoftheevent. The hotel does not permit confetti/ table confetti.
6. TheHotelwillnotacceptresponsibilityforanyentertainmentthathasnotbeenreserveddirectlybytheHotel.
7. Allentertainers&suppliersmustprovidetheirownequipmentandacceptfullresponsibilityforthesameandprovideowninsurance.
8. AtimeforDinnerCallwillbeagreedatyourfinaldetailsmeeting. If the Couple arrive late and therefore Dinner Call is delayed - a fee of €100 for every 15 minutes will be applied. Weallow25minutesforspeechesbeforemeal- A fee of €250 will be applied if speeches go beyond this allocated time.IftheCouplearrivelate,delayingDinnerCallby30minutesormore,thenSpeecheswillbe movedtoafterdinner.
9. Second Deposit -50%oftotalmenubillmustbepaidatleastoneMonthinadvanceofWeddingReception,theremainingaccountmust besettledpriortodeparturefromtheHotelunlessalternativearrangementshavebeenmadeThreeMonthsinadvancewithHotel Management.
10. In the event of any cancellation by the client/couple, a cancellation fee of the total booking will apply.
Cancellationbythecouplewithin12monthsoftheWeddingdate-acancellationfeeof25%willapply.
Cancellationbythecouplewithin6monthsoftheWeddingdate-acancellationfeeof50%willapply
Cancellationbythecouplewithin12weeksoftheWeddingdate-acancellationfeeof75%willapply Allcancellationsand/oramendmentsmustbeinwritingbybothparties.
11. Intheeventofapostponement,thedepositmaybetransferredtoanotherdatewithinoneyearfromtheoriginaldate,subjecttothe Hotel'savailability.Ifoutsidethis,thenthecancellationfeeapplies.Ifthenewdateisinthenextcalendaryear,thenthepackagecostmay alsoincreaseaccordingly.
12. AllpricesarequotedinEuroandaresubjecttoreview.Aguidepricemaybegiveninsterling(cash)andissubjecttochange.
13. TheHotelmaycanceltheeventonlyinthefollowingcircumstances:
i.TheHotelhasreasontobelievethebookingmightprejudicethereputationoftheHotel
ii.Shouldanyguestattendingtheeventbehaveinanywayconsideredtobedetrimental,offensive,orcontrarytonormalexpected standardsofbehaviour.
iii.Incircumstanceswhereabookingismadethroughathirdpartyorunderfalsepretences. Depositsmustbepaidinpersontothehotel;otherwise,thehotelreservestherighttocancelthebooking.Thehotelwillnotbeliablefor anyrefusalwithoutreason.
14. Thehotelreservestherighttoamendcharges/costoftheproductbeingsuppliedtotheclientintheeventofchangesintherateof Tax/VAT,Introductionofanygovernmentlevy,orasaresultofunforeseensupplierincreasesduetothemarketdemandand/orlackof supplyoftheproductsrequired.
15. Mid-Weekdiscountpackagesaresubjecttoavailabilityandexclude,December26thtoJanuary2nd,February14th,March17th,Easter fortnightandallPublicHolidays.PackagepricesforBankHolidaysandBankHolidayWeekendswillhavea10%increaseapplied.
16. Shouldtheweddingcouplewishtoholdroomsforspecificguests,thehotelmustbenotifiedbye-mail/writingatthetimeofbooking. Any rooms that are not confirmed by card will automatically be released four weeks prior to the wedding date. Allroomson allocationwillhaveanautomatic4-weekrelease.Roomsconfirmedbytheweddingcouplewhichresultina‘noshow’willbechargedto themainbill.
Requestsforadditionalroomsaresubjecttoavailabilityandcannotbeguaranteed. Anadditionalsupplementwillapplytoanyadditionalroomsbookedandwillnotbeavailableattheinitialreducedrate.
