FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

2025 - A YEAR OF SUSTAINED GROWTH

As the calendar turned to January 2026, GallantFew is humbled to report another year of growth, accomplishing our mission to provide veterans hope and purpose through our connection, coaching, and counseling programs. We served a record number of veterans in the five functional fitness domains we measure to assess holistic wellness.

2025 brought GallantFew a number of firsts that set the conditions for sustained growth in the coming year. We were awarded a $200,000 grant from the Texas Veterans Commission Fund for Veterans’ Assistance to support our growing clinical counseling program. Clinical Director and GallantFew founder, Karl Monger, expanded the Subconscious Restructuring™ coach and clinical counselor pool of trained professionals available to care for veterans and family members. GallantFew headquarters hosted more than 500 events, working with national and local organizations to provide tailored service to our diverse veteran population.

This year, we are excited to meet the needs of even more veterans. GallantFew is providing Subconscious Restructing™ coaching to like-minded organizations in group and individual settings to reach more veterans and military families. We are enhancing our targeted preventative assistance and education effort with Army Rangers by doubling the number of connection programs.

With more than 50,000+ veteran and military support organizations to choose from, we are ever grateful to our loyal corporate and individual donors who make our work possible. We owe the American people and the veterans we serve total financial transparency. 2025 marked the 7 consecutive year the organization invested in a thorough external financial audit. As our donor base continues to grow, we added a seasoned contractor to facilitate internal and external reports. These efforts set the conditions for GallantFew to continue to receive the Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency. th

I really appreciate the all-encompassing, event-oriented task list that you used throughout our conversation I felt like you really cared about my transition on a personal (emotional well-being) level, which was great.

#BEGALLANT IN 2026

SPARTAN SATURDAYS

“I will not take my own life by my own hand until I talk to my battle buddy first. My mission is to find a mission to help my Warfighter family.”

The Spartan Pledge is a vow written by Iraq War veteran Boone Cutler, encouraging veterans to promise they will reach out to a battle buddy before considering suicide

Boone Cutler’s journey from a combat veteran serving in Iraq to an influential advocate for the Warfighter community and fellow Americans is deeply intertwined with his literary works In the heart of Sadr City, Boone served as a Psychological Operations team sergeant

Join us for Spartan Saturdays as we remember Boone Cutler and the impact of his Spartan Pledge with our new buddy check initiative Through this program, we foster essential connections among veterans, ensuring no warrior faces challenges alone

GALLANT YOGA

GallantYoga, led by Army Veteran Katie Bahten, offers a weekly midweek reset designed specifically for female servicemembers and military spouses.

Each Wednesday at the GallantFew HQ in Columbus, GA, Yoga with Katie Bahten provides ladies an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and find restoration in a supportive community.
