JonOne, le célèbre artiste américain de sang mais français de cœur, pionnier du Street-Art et maître de l’abstraction lyrique, vous offre la possibilité de débuter 2021 avec un art vibrant de forces positives et de formes généreuses. À travers la pièce maîtresse de l’exposition « A place of the future », JonOne vous partage sa vision du monde de demain empreint de liberté, de tolérance et de générosité.

Partager sa joie et son enthousiasme est essentiel pour JonOne. « En ces temps de pandémie, le monde a besoin d’un surplus de liberté et de légèreté. Moi c’est la couleur qui m’excite ».

Un besoin qui prend tout son sens au lendemain de l’investiture du président américain Joe Biden et Kamala Harris, la première femme noire et d’origine asiatique à devenir vice-présidente des États-Unis. Ce nouveau gouvernement historique marque un nouveau tournant selon l’artiste américain d’origine Caribéenne. Militant pour la justice sociale et raciale et le changement climatique, JonOne exprime ses convictions dans ses créations à travers les coulures et les projections de peintures vives.

JonOne, the famous American artist of blood but French at heart, pioneer of Street-Art and master of lyrical abstraction, offers you the opportunity to start 2021 with an art vibrating with positive forces and generous forms. Through the centerpiece of the exhibition « A place of the future », JonOne shares with you his vision of the future world filled with freedom, tolerance and generosity.

To give meaning to his life, he shares his joy and enthusiasm. « In these times of pandemic, the world needs more freedom and lightness. It’s color that excites me ».

A need that takes on its full meaning in the wake of the inauguration of U.S. President Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, the first black and Asian woman to become Vice President of the United States. This historic new government is a hope for this American artist of Caribbean origin, activist for social and racial justice and climate change. JonOne expresses his convictions in his creations through drips and projections of vivid paintings.
