Official Launch of Marriott Couryard Hotel project INFORMATION KIT JULY 10 | 2019

5 Teryan is a real estate development project encompassing a 75 meters tall 22 story building, in the heart of Yerevan completely designed by UK’s leading architects from Broadway Malyan. The building will house a 173 key Courtyard By Marriott Hotel, as well as 75 luxury residences all managed

by Marriott International. Amenities include 4 levels of underground parking for 113 cars, SPA, Fitness and 24/7 concierge service. The building is first of its kind in Armenia to offer luxury apartments for sale, as well as a full room service for the residences, optionally provided by the hotel.

Total GBA of the building is 31,000 m2, 50% of which had been already completed as of November 2018.

The planned commissioning of the building is end of 2020.

In order for the space to become a place, architecture & design should be developed around human. But what exactly is human centric architecture? How different is it from what we popularly perceive as architecture? What should we know and should we care at all?

From big to small, from theory to application, this Pecha-Kucha discusses perspectives, narratives and stories of design, architecture, commercial & social space with human in the center.

Are people making places or are places making people?

The question will be addressed to world class architectures and designers as well as world class developers and managers of commercial and hospitability space. Philosophers, practitioners, policy makers and governors - all in one place – all in the center of an event – to discuss the core of human centric place & space.

The first part of event will have traditional 6 mins talks from exceptionally interesting speakers with vision on the topic.

The second part of event will have a “Circle” discussion format where hosts will conduct interview and profiling like panel discussion.
