GABLE AL-rA MUF<RIE'T Dear Valued Resident(s), At Gables Alta Murrieta, we strive to make your living experience an excellent one. To simplify your life, increase our recycling participation, and to preserve our community which you call home, we are adding this door-to-door valet recycling and waste service amenity for our residents. How it works: • Use your black trash bin to house your waste and recycling. • Once it is time to set out your recycling/trash, tie each bag and place them in your container. • Place your container out between 6PM - 8PM for collection Sunday-Thursday • Evening Collection - Collection can start as early as 8pm (The Service Valet will only come by your door once per collection evening) • All items must be tied and placed in the bag inside the container provided (If you have more than one bag, please open the lid and place on top) • WE COLLECT BOXES: All boxes must be broken down and placed next to or behind the container to avoid confusion. • Bring your container inside by 9AM the next morning (no containers/trash/recycling out between 9AM and 6PM) • In an effort to Go Green, we are adding doorstep recycling and would like to encourage you to start recycling as well! Simply use a cle·a r, or blue, recycling bag (or label bag "recycling'') for recyclables, which can be found at major retailers and online and place it on top of your other trash. Please_see the provided recycling guide for more information.

We can't succeed without you. We need your help in participation in the continuing effort to keep our community "Clean", "Green" and "Efficient". It is our intention to improve your lifestyle with more amenities, improve the curb appeal for our current and future residents. If you experience any issues or concerns with the service Call: Ally Waste: 1-877-689-ALLY (2559) or Support@AllyWaste.com

Like all surfaces in your facility, refinished surfaces should be cleaned on a regular basis.

Care & Cleaning for Refinished Surfaces Follow these simple steps:

1 Remove Surface Dirt and Debris

• Use a damp cloth, broom, or dry mop to remove all loose debris on the surface

2 Apply a Non-Abrasive Liquid Cleaner

• Use only non-abrasive liquid cleaners, such as, Mira-Clean®, Simple Green®, Formula 409®, or similar cleaners • Let cleaner stand for 3-5 minutes to penetrate residue & grime

3 Clean with Sponge, Soft Brush, or Mop • 3-5 minutes after cleaner was applied, gently clean surface • A double-pass process may be used on heavily soiled areas

4 Rinse and Dry

• Rinse entire surface with clean water. A second rinse may be needed to remove all cleaner. • Remove excess water and dry entire surface • Surface must be completely dry before returning to service

Pro Tips • If using a commercial floor scrubber, a blue pad should be used – nothing more aggressive. • Do not allow cleaners or other chemicals to remain on surface for extended periods of time before thoroughly rinsing.

Do not use these cleaners: • Abrasive scouring powders • Harsh acids • Cleaners containing bleach • Cleaners containing solvents

Do not use these supplies: • Abrasive cleaning pads • Stiff-bristled or wire brushes • Stiff-bristled or wire brooms

Follow all instructions and tips listed above. If you have any further questions about cleaning your refinished surface, contact your local Miracle Method.

How to Set Up AutoPay on Rent Cafe We’re excited to announce that we’re now able to offer autopay set-up for your monthly rent. We look forward to better serving you and hope this payment option will be a beneficial and convenient service for you.

1.) LOG INTO RENT CAFE Log into your rent cafe similar to how you would to pay your rent.

2.) SELECT AUTOPAY SET UP When you log in you will arrive at your home page. Select the Auto-pay Set Up tab.

3.) ENTER PAYMENT, START, AND END DATE Select the Payment Account for your auto-pay. Then enter the date you would like the auto-pay to start and end.

GABLES RESIDENTIAL

4.) ENTER PAY DATE, PERCENTAGE AND MAX PAY Select the day the payment will draft for payment. Then enter 100% in the Percentage. Next, enter in the Max Pay Amount. This amount will be the max that will pull from your bank. Keep in mind the average monthly charge will only show your rent and NOT water. It is recommended to do a max pay more than what you pay on average for rent and water. The auto-pay will only draft what is due if your max pay is higher than what is owed.

5.) HOW TO KNOW WHAT TO ENTER FOR MAX PAY Unsure of what to enter for the Max Pay? Select Recent Activity to view your previous payments. If your average payment is $2000 then it is recommend to do the max pay as $2300 for good measure. Please note if the max pay is set up for less than what is owed the auto-pay will not be able to draft from the bank. For example, if your max pay is set at $2000, but you owe $2030 the auto-pay will not draft from the bank.

ONCE ALL ITEMS ARE ENTERED HIT NEXT TO COMPLETE THE SET UP, THEN ENJOY THE CONVENIENCE OF AUTO-PAY! Should you have any questions do not hesitate to reach out to the Leasing Office.
