As I was walking out of my apartment one day, he offered to take my trash to the dumpster. I thought that was kind and thoughtful. I have noticed that Marquis works very hard in maintaining and cleaning the grounds. This is not an easy job, especially during the summer months. Marquis is very professional and pleasant. I can tell he takes pride in what he does. It’s nice to live in an apartment community that has caring and hardworking individuals such as Marquis.

We have recently added Gables associates in Denver and in Boston to accomplish our current growth into those markets. We will continue to evaluate and address specific needs as we identify specific growth.

The GCA award recognizes the community and/or associate(s) who consistently maintain the highest level of support for the corporate accommodations program through stellar customer service and/or sales efforts. The honoree (s) receives $150.

Cory Johnson Gables Tanglewood Cory is a strong on site associate who is always willing to go above and beyond for GCA and ensure our clients are happy and get the service they expect. I recently had a client move in that had some above normal demands that required extra help and attention from the on-site team at Tanglewood. He handled this with ease and in a timely manner resulting in high praise from the client to his level of customer service. He is someone who makes my job easier without even asking for it and I can continue to rely on him to “Take care” of the way GCA people live at his property.

Matthew Perkins, GCA Texas GCA would like to give a huge THANK YOU to the team at Gables Ponce! The Corporate Housing Providers Association recently used Gables Ponce as the backdrop for filming spots about the corporate housing industry. The community common areas, property model and GCA apartment were all filmed and they looked great! The team at Gables Ponce did an amazing job preparing the community and assisting GCA during the filming. In appreciation, a team lunch is on us! Thanks again!

Q3 Corporate Office Associate!

Congratulations to both Jinxia Liu and Al Rubin for Corporate Associates of the Quarter! Most Gables associates are not familiar with Jinxia and Al. They work behind the scenes and are dedicated to making Insite the best Property Management System for all Gables associates. In addition to Insite, they do software development for Gables Gateway, Online Applications (OLA), and Package Tracking.

They are also responsible for building all the data integrations that work so seamlessly from within Insite, such as bank deposits via ACH and Cash Letter, LRO pricing, document processing with Blue Moon, credit processing with Credit Retriever,debt collections with Hunter Warfield, and gables.com and ILS integration with Entrata. They both deserve recognition for their hard work and years of dedication to all of us at Gables!
