WELCOME Welcome to the first quarterly newsletter from KB Bathrooms. Things move fast in the bathroom industry and KB are no exception, so we want to keep our customer up to date with our latest news and product information. This month highlights new products including Perform Panels from Nu-Style and some great new sanitaryware. We’ve also listed some important dates to mark in your calenders.

01. New Warehouse Opens Our new 16,000 ft2 warehouse in Palacecraig Street becomes operational, allowing us to increase our stock holding and bring in new products ranges.

New members to the KB team KB Bathrooms have come a long way in 4 1/2 years. As our business has grown so has the KB team - from 2 to 20..... and counting! Over the last few months you may have seen some new faces or heard new voices over the phone. We have increased our sales team with the addition of Ryan and more recently Robyn who have both previously worked in the travel industry which has given them great experience in customer service. They have both taken to the bathroom industry quickly and bring a youthful energy to the office.

With the increased delivery schedule we are pleased to have added two new drivers to the team, Gary Smith & Simon O’Rourke who both have many years experience as delivery drivers. Some of you may even remember Simon who used to deliver for In-Line Sales back in the day. To oversee the expansion at KB we have appointed John Sludden as our Operations Manager. John is new to the bathroom industry but has worked as a part of a team most of his life as he started his career as a professional footballer then later as a manager for a number of clubs. This experience is benefiting all members of the KB team.

KB EXPAND WITH NEW WAREHOUSE

We are pleased to announce that our new warehouse is now operational. The additional warehouse also located in Palacecraig Street will increase our storage space to 38,000 ft2.

This expansion will allow us to increase stock of our most popluar products and to introduce new products over the coming months. Operations Manager John Sludden said “the additional warehouse has come at the right time It allows us to hold more stock and to restructure the original warehouse which will make KB run smoother and more efficiently ”.

GOLF AT FAIRMONT ST ANDREWS KB have gone corporate with golf membership at the Fairmont St Andrews. There can’t be many places better than St Andrews to enjoy a round of golf.

It can sometimes be hard to find the time to discuss business, so why not go for a round with Gordon or Craig where you can enjoy a bit of time away from the showroom and can talk in a more relaxed environment.

Wall Adhesive & Silicone Sealant We have introduced a new range of wall adhesive and silicone sealant. The 300ml tubes come in a number of ranges to help with many applications including silicone in clear, white, black, grey and brown. The wall adhesive is specially deisgned to bond our wall panels. Winter Warmer Special Offer With winter coming we all need a bit of extra warmth to help us through the cold nights. For the next 3 months we are offering an extra 5% discount on Cosytoes under floor heating (see page 125 of our brochure).

Project Sqaure BTW Pans We have introduced a new BTW pan to our sanitaryware range. The Project Square has a modern look and comes with a matching soft close, quick release seat. It’s in stock ready to order. To find out more ask a member of the sales team.

21. Christmas Shutdown After a busy year we will be closing on Friday 21st for the festive holidays.
