This project is a total renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. I was tasked with creating a 3D rendering of the exterior of the building to show what it would look like once the renovations have been completed. I used on site measurements and specs provided to complete the renderings. I assisted the lead designer with selections of the new metal material that will go along the exterior of the building.

For the interior of the building, I helped assist the lead designer with selections going into the bottom floor which will become a furniture store and private design office. From there we continued to make space layout designs for the top two floors which will become apartments. I then helped with final material selections for the interior of the apartments.
