ICE SPICE The duo’s “Barbie World” with Aqua In recent months, Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice have become a formidable duo. They have set a new standard on the Billboard Hot 100 with their single “Barbie World.” Both rappers are now at the top of Billboard’s Rhythmic Airplay chart. There was a 31% rise in how often the song was played on the radio each week, propelling it to the top place. During the second week of August, the song would reach number one on the charts for rhythmic radio stations in the United States that were monitored.

The Aqua-inspired remix had the biggest jump to No. 1 on Rhythmic Airplay since the chart’s inception in 1992. In 2023, Ice Spice’s single “Barbie World” topped the Rhythmic Airplay charts, marking her third consecutive No. 1.

This is Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice’s second chart-topping duet in a month. Three weeks ago, they had the number one hit on rhythmic radio with “Princess Diana.”

I think it’s safe to say that Nicki and Ice make one amazing combination when they work together. I really think it’s safe to say that we really hope one day this two not only create a single but also one Album it would be one of the hottest albums I would say that this should be in the races of being in the Grammys for best song of 2023 Regarding Aqua’s likely Grammy candidacy, let’s go over two important rules.

The Grammys’ eligibility rules state that a “featured artist” must “be credited as a featured artist; and make a significant and artistic contribution beyond accompaniment” to be nominated. Despite Aqua being in compliance with the “credited as a featured artist” criterion, it might be argued that their musical ideas were just used as inspiration rather than a real creative contribution.

There’s a good chance they’ll be nominated for a Grammy for this, and we’re crossing our fingers that they do.

Anime, BOOTs?...

If you’re not aware with MSCHF, they’re the experimental fashion label that enjoys making a statement with their product launches. They’ve developed boots that look like hospital casts, Birkinstock sandals fashioned from Hermès Birkins, and Satan shoes with Lil Nas X that have a drop of actual blood in the soles. The label enjoys pushing fashion’s limits and, more importantly, making headlines.

Their most recent release—which boots from the character ASTRO BOY by the great legendary artist Osama Tezuka—came out during this

year. However, we had to take the time to observe this and turn it into a fashion condition. They cost $350, are constructed of TPU rubber, have an EVA midsole, and are inspired by video games. “Cartoonishness is an abstraction that frees us from the constraints of reality,” according to the boots’ press release. “If you kick someone in these boots, they will go boing!”

This stylish boots were noticed on celebs and street style stars, and it looks that you may see examples of how good these boots look if you deck them up. I believe they bring a style that many people are emulating, particularly social media influencers such as “Tik Tok, Instagram, and Youtubers.” The general opinion appeared to be that the statement boots should be the main point (and it would be difficult not to). Outside of the fashion world, a few celebrities have been seen wearing them. Shai GilgeousAlexander, a basketball player, wore them to the arena before a game; Diplo wore them to a Knicks game; and Janelle Monae even shot baskets in them.

The Big Red footwear were defined

by MSCHF as “cartoon boots for a Cool 3D World.” The stunning aesthetic definitely delivers on the promise of cartoonish surrealism, as the boots seem to be built for an animated character’s anatomy.

J-HOPE

NEW MUSIC J-hope the star’s debut solo album, Jack in the Box, was published by BIGHIT Music in August. The HOPE Edition features three new live recordings from J-Hope’s landmark performance at Lollapalooza in 2022 in addition to the original album tracks from Jack in the Box. From what we can gather from the press release, the actual CD will have not just the music, but also fresh concept photos, as well as many “special components.”

As the first South Korean performer to ever headline the main stage at a major American music festival, J-Hope made history last August at Lollapalooza. Now that Jay Hope has enlisted in the armed forces, he is putting his brilliant plan to release music and other stuff while he is abroad to good use.

The description promises that the film will provide audiences “a close look at the creative process of the artist during the album’s preparation process, as well as front row seats to J-hope’s epic 2022 Lollapalooza performance and the Jack In The Box listening party.” also many fans wanted to know what is J-hopes fav music and that was revealved not long ago when he talked about in on a tv show and here are thr picks that he mention he loves J-Hope started out by suggesting Blackpink’s Stay, a song with a more subdued folk tone than the band’s other offerings.

The second song, Oh My Girl’s Closer, was originally written as contemporary Christian praise music but was transformed by the band into a beautiful but melancholy ballad about a tragic love tale.

After that comes “Love You To Death” by Taeyang, which is a standout track from his album Rise, according to reviewer Jeff Benjamin. The song was deemed “stunning” by Fuse’s Tina Xu. Next, J-Hope chose After You Sleep by Taeyang and Swings from his first solo album Solar.

Following that was Lay Your Head on Me by Crush, which began with a soothing guitar accompaniment.

Tablo, Yankie, and Bong Tae Gyu feature in the 2011 film Thank You For Breathing.

And We Go, the first English-language release by TV presenter and solo singer Sung Si Kyung, was up next.

K-pop stars revealed the official music video for their mobile game‘s theme song, titled „The Girls.“ The track debuted in-game before it was made accessible on streaming services like YouTube.

BLACKPINK have just revealed that they will be concluding their current ‚Born Pink‘ global tour with a two-night performance in Seoul this coming September. YG Entertainment announced that the concerts will take performed in the Gocheok Sky Dome, making them the first female group to perform there.

Blackpink: The Game (or BPTG) is a mobile videogame based on the famous girl group, and „The Girls“ is a song related with

the game. The aforementioned program launched in May of 2023. Around the same time, YG Entertainment began teasing this song. The track was meant to drop at the same time as the game from the start. But the video for the former was also delayed. Everyone was waiting for the single to be flawless, which is why it was delayed.

Because of this, „The Girls“ will not be available until August of 2023. The video clearly has not been released as of that date.

Ryan Tedder of OneRepublic helped write some of the music.

He accomplished this with the aid of Jennie and Rosé, as well as Blackpink members Michel Schulz and Danny Chung.

Luna: I like that I can discover a new side of myself each time I work on a photo shoot. I was never confident in myself and was sometimes bullied because of my appearance. But since I started modeling, I have gained confidence in myself, thanks in part to professional photographers.

FUSION: Your work with different photographers each time.

What inspires or impresses you when you work with different photographers?

Luna: It’s really a bit like a sense of adventure, and the work becomes completely different depending on the photographer, I think it’s the same with photographers. I think it’s the same with photographers, but not

everyone is the same, I was surprised to see how unique they could be! And, you know, It’s very stimulating to be involved in such things, and it makes me want to work even harder.

FUSION: What does being a fashion model mean to you?

Luna: A part of myself that I want to express.

I don’t want to be trapped in a dream, and I want to do whatever I want to do.

FUSION: “Do you have a favorite model whom you respect?

Luna: Honestly i dont have many that i look up too because i want to be unique with my own modeling

I would like to be the only one. It could be another model, a photographer, or any other person. Please tell us about a person or thing that inspires you or lifts your spirits on a daily basis. We would like you to tell us a little more about why you are inspired by that person or thing.

Fusion: For example, other

models, photographers, or any other people. If there is something or someone that inspires you or lifts your spirits on a regular basis, please share it with us.

Luna: They all want to be real, and they work hard to be real, and they never blur.

People like that inspire me and make me think that I can do it too.

Fusion: What are your goals for this year? What do you want to do and accomplish?

Luna: I wanted to be on the cover of Fusion Magazine! And I don’t know how the response will be, but I would like to make my mark as a model overseas as well. I would like to work hard to get into magazines and high brands, and of course on the runway.

Luna: I don‘t really feel it yet at all. (laughs) Because I just happened to be found by chance, and to be on the cover of a famous magazine with such a sudden turn of events, I can only say that I love you! I think it‘s a natural reaction for readers to wonder who this Girl is. That‘s the first thing that‘s important, because I think the biggest failure is not getting people interested.I would be happy if you feel even intrested in knowing more about me and i am proud to be from japan. And if possible, I would be happy if you could support me.

Fusion: What is the most difficult thing about being a model, and what is the challenge you face every time?

Luna: Posing is something I am not used to doing, and it makes my body tense. Posing is a challenge that I am not used to.

But I like to express myself with my whole body, so I think of it as a positive thing that I need to do in order to step up.

Fusion:Would you like to work as a model in the U.S.?

Luna: Yes, of course!

It is no exaggeration to say that this is the first step toward that goal. This issue of Fusion Magazine. will help me open my doors to the world and be more noticed to the world.

Fusion: What are you into these days?

Luna: working out make up I keep training not because it‘s a job to be seen, but because it‘s for me. It‘s so much fun to see my body change day by day.

I love to make. I love to do it for myself and for others.

I can discover various aspects of myself, manipulate my image, and sometimes even change my race.

Above all, it gives me confidence.

I feel beautiful and good looking today!.

Fusion: If there is one thing you would like to change about yourself now, what is it? And what is the reason?

Luna: I‘d like to be more active and engaged in a variety of activities. I want to be more active and interested in a variety of activities. I don‘t try to touch things that I‘m not interested in since I know what I‘m interested in and don‘t have energy to focus on things that wont help me for FUSION: There are various models, and I think I get a lot of inspiration from Instagram. Do you see it as a competition that stirs up rivalry for you? Or do you honestly feel that it is something that more naturally lifts your spirits and inspires you to be stimulated and inspired?

Luna: Obviously, it must be a good stimulus. But that doesn‘t mean I want to be like that person.I can‘t be. I think it‘s fun because everyone is different, It would be boring if everyone was the same (laughs). I want to be in a realm where there are no alternatives.

Fusion: What are your own thoughts on social media and how do you think it will affect your life?

Luna: Let me be clear. i am not big on social media.

I think it‘s a bunch of approvalseekers to begin with. Some people use it as a diary, some people use it for work, so they have to do it. Of course, I think it‘s partly because social networking sites are evolving and becoming more and more convenient. It‘s also thanks to Instagram that people happened to find me this time. (lol)

MAKI We meet with Maki who is a Pole dancer in tokyo Japan Fusion: What do you like about modeling?

Maki: I enjoyed being able to see a side of myself that I didn’t see in everyday life. For example, there was a pose this time where I wore heels and stood with my legs wide apart. Normally, I just walk with a small stride even when wearing such high heels, so I didn’t know how my muscles would look when photographed in such poses. I was able to see myself in many different poses and from many different angles, and I made new discoveries.

Fusion: What does being a fashion model mean to you Maki: An artist who can express various expressions and emotions through photographs, using her own personality as a weapon.

Fusion: what inspires you to be activie in the social media life?

Maki: I am inspired by all kinds of people. My sister and I see each other often and talk about all kinds of things, and at work I find the ideas of my boss, my colleagues, and even Brand New, who has only been with the company for a few months, very refreshing. I am also inspired by the conversations I have with my radio buddies who do girl talk. I try to read at least one novel every month, and no matter how different the opinions of the characters, I always wonder why they feel so differently from me. Is it because of their backbone or because of their personality? I like to think about

such things. I saw a movie called “A.I.” when I was in elementary school. It was a very sad story, and I cried for almost a week after watching the movie. Recently, I cried when I watched a TV broadcast of a chess game in which I didn’t even know the rules, and I could feel the tension in the game even though it was between opponents I didn’t know. My emotions are greatly moved when I see a story of family love or the purity of a person’s efforts.

Fusion: What are your goals for this year? What do you want to carry out and accomplish?

Maki: I would like to write a novel, although it may be difficult to do so by the end of this year. I already have a story, and I want to do detailed interviews to make it a great work of art.

Fusion: What is the most difficult thing about being a model, and what challenges you every time?

Maki: I think it was difficult for me to expose myself for the first time.

Fusion: What are you passionate about these days?

What kind of music do you like now?

Maki: I have been really into pole dancing for the past few years. There are many different types of tricks, and I can clearly see the success and failure of each trick, so learning tricks is fun, and I feel a sense of accomplishment as I become able to do difficult tricks. even though I had no dance background to begin with, thanks to the charming instructors at the lesson studio. I am very inspired every time I take a lesson by charming people who look like they are from a Disney movie, or people who are very kind and teach me Fusion: If there is one thing you would like to change about yourself now, what is it? And what is the reason?

Maki: I would like to fix my sloppiness. I am not good at keeping my room tidy, I often forget things, and I often double-book my holiday plans, so I would like to be able to do everything methodically. I work as an office worker on weekdays and am often severely evaluated, so I often get distracted in my private time.

Fusion: There are various models, and I think I get a lot of inspiration from Instagram. Do you see it as a competition that stirs up rivalry for you? Or do you honestly feel that it is more of a natural way to lift your spirits and inspire and be inspired?

Maki: It is something that naturally lifts my spirits and inspires me. There are so many different models out there, and they all have different lives, so it is very inspiring to see the wonderful side of each of them.

Fusion: What are your own thoughts on social media and how do you think it will affect your life?

Maki: I think social media is a tool that allows me to get involved with people I wouldn‘t normally have the chance to meet and learn about the lives of people in a world I don‘t know.

Harrison: I think that’s because this the films themselves are such powerful entertainment there I’ve said in the past that I think Indiana Jones is more about movies that it is about archaeology it’s about the fun you can have at a movie it’s about the emotional exercise you can get it at a movie and though we’ve made four in the past this one has a an air of finality because it’s my last Indiana Jones movie and I wanted it to deal with the issue of age of his advancing age and what age has taken away from his capacity is his mental energy is physical prowess and put him in contest with somebody Phoebe Waller bridge who is out to swindle him and so

there’s that the mental wrestling going on between these two characters as well Fusion: Phoebe I guess you can both speak to this but start with Phoebe what it like for you guys was to meet each other for the first time.

It was really fun yeah we met at Jim mangles office towards the end of the day and I was quite thrilled that finally working with an actor actress that’s taller than I am this is a big thing yeah it was a big thing for me when I opened the door he said my God you’re so tall yeah and you think he cried doesn’t he cried with relief I would have cried had I known what I was about to go through I would have cried but I didn’t I was thrilled because I mean I had seen Phoebe in fleabag I was aware of the range of her skill and tal-

CREDIT & COPYRIGHTS DISNEY and I was thrilled that we that that we had a story that attracted her interest in that and then I would have a her as the partner in this film Phoebe :I had grown up with Harrison Ford ,the movies that I mean witness the fugitive Blade Runner I was walking into in the behind that door where all of those movies when I was meeting Harrison so it was a huge hugely exciting and quite intimidating moment but like I say the moment the door opened and I saw a Harrison and he did just go hey and from then on I’d say we became firm friends but I’ll leave it open I feel so and I hope so yes FUSION: so with that obviously you guys have great chemistry together what was it like filming together working on set together Harrison: it was a barrel of fun I you know the there’s something about I mean there are a lot of different elements to the relationship between us and there are moments of seriousness but there’s also moments that the audience is meant to enjoy the banter between them the contest between them and I

think it was well written and I was delighted by having someone as a Droid as she is with comedy and the mixture of comedy and real true emotion to navigate this story with FUSION: Phoebe Harrison kind of touched on this a little bit but can you tell us a little bit about Helena and your relationship with Indiana Jones and how you guys interact in film Helena is Indies goddaughter he last saw her when she was 12 and he was very good friends with her father who died not long after he last saw her and she comes catapulting back into his life at a sort of not even a crossroads just sort of a cul-de-sac in his life and comes back with she comes through the door with the joyful history of memories they had when she was young and he came to the house and visited her father and she comes and tries to infect him with the idea of going on another adventure but she is slightly more nefarious than she immediately than she turns out that then she wants him to believe at the beginning and that she has her own agenda and they end up going on an

adventure but not the one that she proffered to him in the beginning she’s a mercurial little Rascal OK so last question is for Harrison obviously this is your final film as Indiana Jones how does it feel to say goodbye to the character after more than 40 years well it’s both sad and happy I mean I’m gratified that I had this wonderful opportunity to work with this character and these kinds of films with some regularity over the last 40 years and but I’m ready just to conclude the story of the of the character I think it’s appropriate that that we do have a story about Indiana Jones which confronts his age which confronts the his mental state when we first meet him and allows us to see him just picked up and brushed off and back in action one more time and I I’m really gratified that we found you know a script a story and then when Steven brought Jim in I thought that was fantastic and I’m delighted with the film altogether was a great experience

ON THE SET OF OPPENHEIMER In Christopher Nolan’s “Oppenheimer,” Lt. Gen. Leslie Groves, played by Matt Damon, is an equally divisive opponent.

HOW DID YOU FIND OUT ABOUT HOW YOU WOULD BE CASTED? we knew because you came down to hang out with John right after Nolan had been over and met Matt and given Matt the script to read so I knew that Matt was meeting him and I mean any chance any of us could get like work with him or all sort of champing at the bit what was kind of funny was that he came to we live in the same apartment building and so he came to see me and he knew that he was going to Emily with the with the part but he didn’t want it to seem like he was just kind of one stop shop one stop shopping so he bumped into John and they and like either the elevator or the lobby and John talked to him for about half an hour just kind of director to director you know they’re talking shopping and Chris later admitted that he knew he was coming to Emily with the

part but he waited like it was like five days or something and knew she was going to be in LA and then she came over and to his house and read the script and he didn’t want sort of convenient casting rumors you know that it was like who else is in your building who else it is really knocking on doors Downey in this building WHAT MAKES CHRISTOPHER NOLAN UNIQUE? he’s got that level that attention to detail that you know Stanley Kubrick cat you know where it’s like no detail is too small he’s like depth of knowledge his research his understanding

of all the dynamics at play between all these different characters and ways to just get these ideas and succinctly like and fit them into a movie I mean the book that this is adapted from is like a tone and it is dense with like I mean the fine print I remember it was like I needed reading glasses to even read the book it was just very thoroughly researched and he somehow was able to kind of get all of it into this film but what that means is that each frame is entirely packed full of information I mean you could watch this movie 10 times and get something different because it’s just so rich and dense on set I just feel his command of excellence is so vast and everyone just has to match him where he is and I don’t find Chris exacting I think people have used that word and I don’t find him that way I find him really curious and interested in what you might bring or do and you recognize he’s cast you for a reason he lets you know that and then wants to see what wings you have you know and I think he’s exacting in some ways I think he’s exacting about some details he sweats the small stuff and I want to work with the direct who sweats the small stuff I want him to see everything and in terms of per-

formance you’re totally free there’s he really wants to see what you’re going to do there on I mean he appears to be very calm I’m sure that is a storm of information going on inside of him but it’s all clad in this sort of quite serene exterior you know that he’s really fascinating and he’s funny yeah people don’t know that about Chris he’s really fun

HOW IS THE ENERGY ON THE SET? The vibe on set is really we we nobody says it out loud but everybody’s feels really lucky to be there yeah and so you just get this spirit you know from every department like everybody’s killing it everyone’s doing everything they can you know working till you are bone tired because you you don’t you want to leave it all on the field you know because that’s what he does he’s very demanding of himself and so without having to say anything you know you just see

that and you kind of take your cue from that and you work you know in a similar vein HOW IS CHRISTOPHER NOLAN WHEN HE IS DIRECTING? he’s a big guy Chris he’s tall he’s like he’s imposing as a figure I don’t know how he is able to be invisible you don’t I didn’t notice him standing by the camera staring at me like he’s somehow able to disappear it was cool he’s like that like those directors you know before we had video village I mean that’s what Coppola said to me 30 years ago he said that the antonioni the Italians taught him that the where you sit is to right next to the camera and at the and you see it with your naked eye as you understand human behavior can you feel it because you feel it and you turn to the operator who’s the only one who’s looking through the lens and you just check in and make sure that they saw what you saw and they’ll give you a little nod and you know you’ve got it and that’s how

movies were made until you know whenever the monitors came around and you get that sense with him that his decision of when he has the take and when he’s happy is not led by the visuals it’s led by the feeling has he’s so English he’s most English person I’ve ever met HOW WAS IT WHEN YOU SAW THE FILM? I saw it with Robert and with John and with Robert’s wife Susan and it was very emotional watching it and I felt like I was inside of it I felt like the arms of the movie came out and wrapped around me and pulled me right into it was bone shattering watching it I just loved it yeah me too me too OK it’s great it’s overwhelming it was like the experience I had reading the script that feeling just was magnified by the by the film you know the how overwhelming it was because the film it was written in the first person which I’d never seen before and so it just it just pulled you in and you had this really subjective experience that was really overwhelming and that’s like a runaway train that you’re on it’s so exciting watching it incredible
