Movies and TV of 2021 Theatrical screenings of films have made a tentative return. Television production has paused and resumed numerous times, only to be interrupted by another halt. Projects that had been put on hold could now be seen, as could seasons of shows that had previously only aired on large screens.

diet while I’m losing weight, and I have to win every hour of every day without taking it easy on myself. Every year I try to lose weight for 5 months before the competition, so I can’t eat what I want for a long time. Even so, I’m determined to win this competition, and I’m determined to beat myself. Next is posing, which is just as important as training, if not more so! I’ve spent a lot of

time practicing posing. I made a rule in my mind to practice with heels on at least once a day, and I worked on it. Posing is not something that you can learn to do right away, so you need to be flexible, stretch, and practice over and over again. There are also many other preparations for the competition, such as going to a tanning salon to i mprove the color of your skin.

I heard that fitness is not so important in Japan. I think it’s becoming more and more popular, but not as much as in Western countries. Still, when I faced the virus, I felt that more and more people were thinking about exercising because health and exercise are absolutely inseparable. I think there are more opportunities for the media to cover exercise. I also feel that the

number of people who want to have a cool body and improve their hips is gradually increasing. I think there is a big possibility that fitness will become more popular and important in the future.

The unexpected with South Korean show about poor people playing a dangerous sequence of children’s games for a huge prize become one of Netflix’s most popular programs? Some might argue that the show’s examination of wealth disparity and the consequences of capitalism is the show’s greatest strength. But this is also a visually spectacular show, with jaw-dropping set design and costuming so distinctive that individuals all across the world converted the characters into Halloween costumes and cosplay adventures. It’s a dramatic example of how streaming services equipped with good programming are eroding the barriers between TV companies throughout the world.

The release of a long-awaited sequel to a well-known original trilogy was received with a frenzy of concerns about whether another Matrix film was necessary. these movies. In the context of Trinity and Neo’s existence in the machine world, the most difficult part of the set was the pod set, which involved 8 hours of submersion in a tub of goo. “It’s not as sexy and fun as leaping off a building,” he said. “Yeah lying in goofy 8 hours submerged and super overwhleminh.” He added, “It’s not as sexy and fun as leaping off a building.”

It seems to me that chat and Lana have a strong connection, and I know that chat always talks of going to the wachowski film school. In the film trilogy, Chad was my stunt double, and I think Lana, the director and writer, respects Chad and his filmmaking.

Last but not least, I’d like to know when each of you realized how much the Trinity meant to so many people: when did you first understand how many people believe in the Trinity? In the film, we see and feel how much Trinity has changed the lives of so many women because of her fierceness, strength, wisdom, and the love she holds deep within her heart. I constantly hear how much the character Trinity means to so many people, and how many people look up to her as a role model and her as an inspiration.

I think Lana had the giggles when Chad played the husband on the film, and I think that Chad was able to get Lana to laugh. Seeing both of you on the big screen was a blast! When you’ve done so many difficult moments, I’d like to know which sequence or scene made you second-guess yourself and get scared the most when filming in

When someone says something like that to me or when I do press events, I’m moved by all the praise, but I can’t say that I know what they’re feeling because it’s so unreal for me; however, I’m grateful and extremely happy that my role in this film has touched so many people and I am grateful and extremely happy that my role in this film has touched so many people.

DAREDEVIL

IS BACK

O

ne of Hell’s Kitchen’s greatest superheroes is making a triumphant comeback in the Marvel Universe. And while we don’t know exactly when that return will occur, we do know that we can anticipate a familiar face to greet us when we get there again. It was verified by Kevin Feige in the most Kevin Feige way imaginable during an interview that fans will see Daredevil in future ventures, of course. In addition, he revealed that Charlie Cox, who portrayed Matt Murdock on Marvel’s Daredevil series from 2015 to 2018, Feige confirmed to the source that Charlie Cox will be portraying Daredevil in any potential projects. It’s still up in the air where, how, and when we’ll see it. But what about other actors from Daredevil, will they be casted as well? there is so much questions and yet we have little answers. We believed Karen’s return was essential since she is the foundation of Matt Murdok. Let’s go a bit more into that. Daredevil introduces Karen first as a client of Murdock and Nelson’s, and subsequently as their office manager. As a result, she is an essential part of Matt’s support system, yet he lies to her about his secret existence, just as he does to so many of his other close pals. When she discovers the truth, she is devastated and their relationship is forever tarnished by the betrayal. The branch of Netflix is reviving. Characters like Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk, often viewed as the MCU’s redheaded stepchild due to boardroom shuffles and unjust deletion of critical lines, have started appearing more frequently in contemporary projects. It’s unclear how Daredevil’s supporting cast will be handled in the MCU now that he’s officially part of it. Since Daredevil and the Punisher are both significant characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Karen Page feels like an obvious fit .

Daredevil / Netflix

In terms of Daredevil characters returning to the MCU, we can neither confirm nor deny that Charlie Cox or any of the characters from Echo will appear. While we already know that Cox will be feature in Spider-Man: No Way Home in December, the actor has said much Other so-called scoopers suggest that Charlie Cox and other cast members will be invited back to the MCU in some manner, and these rumors have been festering for some time. We’ll have to wait and see how many fans of Charlie Cox from Netflix decide to join the MCU when he finally makes an appearance, but if Kevin Feige is right, and it does, we can bet that fans will be ecstatic.

The year 2021 has given Zedd not one, but two new members of Spotify’s 1 billion stream club, according to the DJ. Streams have been plentiful for the True Colors record producer throughout the years, but in 2021, they helped him achieve a new professional milestone: he became the first artist to have a production get one billion plays on the streaming platform. “The Middle,” which Zedd co-produced with Grey, was Zedd’s first song to reach 1 billion listens on Spotify, a mark that has since been surpassed by his duet with Alessia Cara, “Stay,” which was released in 2017. In 2017 and 2018, “Stay” was nominated for a number of accolades, and it was finally awarded the MTV

Video Music Award for Best Dance Video as well as the iHeartRadio Music Award for Dance Song of the Year. It is also worth noting that the song was nominated for a Grammy Award in 2017 for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. Sarah Aarons, Linus Wiklund, and Nonnie Bao collaborated on the track, which was released in June 2017 along with a remix package that included remixes by Petite Biscuit, The Kemist, Jonas Blue, Lophiile, Yasutaka Nakata, and Tritonal, among others.

“STAY” WAS NOMINATE FOR A NUMBER OF ACCOLADES, AND WAS FINALLY AWAREDED THE MTV AWARD BEST DANCE

And now Zedd comes back with deep roots for gaming and electro music The makers of VALORANT, Riot Games, revealed earlier this year that they would be joining up with Zedd with new skins and weaponry accessible to players, while also stating that Grabbitz will create and release their first-ever Champion’s anthem for the game. Soon after the announcement, the song’s producer, Zedd, had a hand in it. This time, the song is a throwback to Zedd’s previous works, such as ‘Spectrum’ and ‘Clarity,’ evoking parallels. Zelda: Breath of the Wild isn’t the first time Zedd has collaborated with video game developers and DJs. ‘Ignite,’ a song Zedd and League of Legends collaborated on for the 2016 World Champions theme, has received more than 85 million views on YouTube. “Die For You” comes with an accompanying audio visualizer that perfectly captures the remix and provides an accurate depiction of this music.

AUDIEN DISCUSSES HIS NEW TRACK, “WISH IT WAS YOU,” His current track, “Wish It Was You,” is a return to the joyful progressive house origins ofAudien, a young and incredibly gifted musician. Audien recently sat down with us to discuss about his new track, We’ve listened to the new song. I have to admit that I’m in love with it. Audien: The feedback was fantastic, and the fans really enjoy mixes. Because people can listen to it at the gym or while driving, it’s a favorite. I’m a big fan of mixing things up, therefore I’ve been doing this every summer and winter since then. Your new song, “Wish It Was You,” is out now. I’d want to know how you and Cate Downey collaborated on this.

LISTEN TO NOW

FAVORITE SOUND AUDIEN & ECHOSMITH

Audien: Cate’s music was provided to me, and one song in particular struck with me strongly. Take it or leave it. Working with her was an incredible experience since she let me to be myself and let me go in a way she might not have initially intended.. We’re glad we made it out of here! Your earlier songs showcased a sound that straddled the dance pop and tropical genres. It’s clear that “Wish It Was You” and your summer mix have a progressive house and trance influence. Is this a sound we’ll be hearing more of from you in the future? Audien: This is the beginning of a progressive house trilogy of tunes. That sound has been the most constant for me, so I’ve chosen to focus on it even more and update it. I’ll always add some left fielders into the mix, even if this is what you’d anticipate.

Currently, what type of music are you listening to? udien: To be really honest, I’ve been listening to a lot of older music recently. Anything from the years 2012 through 2015. Together with Echosmith. What drew you to work with this particular alternative pop band? Audien: one of my favorite band is Echosmith, and I’ve been a fan for years! I think they’re the perfect young band, with Sydney’s vocals and their melodies. I collaborated with Lady Antebellum on a song that went well for me, and I thought Echosmith would be a fantastic follow-up. Those guys are amazing.

JUSTIN BIEBER A TRIP TO THE PAST After SMASH AND smash OF Singles in 2021, the veteran artist reasserted himself at the heart of popular music. We take you to a memory LANE OF ALL THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS EVER MADE

THE YEAR

FOR JUSTIN Justin Bieber / Photo by SB Projects

Justin Bieber’s audience of Beliebers was not always present to dethrone them from their No. 1 positions as they would have been in previous years. Everything Justin Bieber chose for Justice was already a major hit: there were three No. 3 songs on the Billboard Hot 100: “Holy,” “Lonely,” and “Hold On,” all of which reached number one in the United States. We had grown to expect a lot more from a guy who had just five years earlier scored three consecutive No. 1 Hot 100 singles during his seemingly effortless Purpose period, which earned him the title of Billboard’s Greatest Pop Star for 2016. As a result of the criticism surrounding 2020’s Change and its R&B flair but falling short of Purpose sales and failing to produce a Hot 100 chart-topping single, JB’s footing was still somewhat uncertain. To save his career, he had to find an organic hit that came as easily as

the YouTube covers he’d put up as an 11-yearold. It would be a mistake to dismiss the rest of the

CD as simply “filler,” even though it has a notable track in “Peaches.” Justice, Bieber’s sixth studio album, was his finest to date, despite the negative response he received for include MLK interludes. During the recording of “Die For You” and “Deserve You,” he experimented with synthesizers, went into Simon and Garfunkel territory with “Off My Face,” and fashioned an up-tempo emotional appeal on the final October hit “Ghost,” among other things. Justice debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 with a total of 154,000 equivalent album units sold in its first week of release, propelling it to the top of the chart.

SPOTIFY TOP CHART Justin Bieber has become the first artist in Spotify history to reach 90 million monthly listens. A c c o r d i n g t o Spotify’s current stats, the

singer has 91 million monthly listeners. A total of 80.5 million listeners put Ed Sheeran in second place, followed by The

Weeknd (78.1 million), Ariana Grande (73.4 million), and Dua Lipa (66.7 million).

Justin Bieber

Bieber also released The Complete Version in October, following the release of the Triple Chucks Deluxe edition in March — which coincided with the release of his surprise religious-themed Freedom EP — and the release of The Complete Edition in March. Just as “Peaches” was starting to lose momentum, “Stay” burst into the scene with a vengeance, bringing the season back to its peak with its addictive Kid LAROI collaboration and earning Bieber his eighth straight week at the top of the Hot 100 chart. According to the Biebs, LAROI, who had previously cooperated with Scooter Braun Projects, a firm formed by the Biebs, considered him a mentor. “Stay” assisted JB in regaining control of the music industry throughout 2021, and this was not the result of a power shift among youthful pop trailblazers.

#1 in the prior tracking period, “STAY” broke the modern Mediabase record for longestreign at pop radio.

By earning a twelfth week at the summit, the song not only extends its modern-era record but sets a new high

mark inclusive of the prior Radio & Records period.

We recall Justin Bieber’s year when he shrugged off a potentially more tumultuous past year and reaffirmed his place as one of pop music’s most dependable hitmakers.

BY VALENTIN ILIEV // PHOTOS DEVIANTART Justin Bieber / Photo by SB Projects

In addition, Justin Bieber received a well-deserved honor for his accomplishments over the last year. He won artist of the year at the MTV VMAs in September, following an opening performance with LAROI at the awards show. In November, Bieber received a career-high eight Grammy nominations, including in three of the Big Four categories (album, song, and record of the year), but he was most delighted about the nomination for best R&B performance, which he had only dreamed about a year earlier. If a Recording Academy sweep isn’t in the works, Bieber’s year is closing far more gloriously than it began. Regardless of the outcome, Bieber’s year has been a success.

EVERY SONG JUSTIN GETS INVOLVED IT TURNS TO A MAJOR HIT

In the course of his career, the R&B and pop singer has overcome adversity and emerged stronger than ever before. Throughout his career, he’s been able to weather the storm, adapt to shifting audience preferences, and return to the public’s good graces repeatedly. No public apology tour or image-altering haircut was necessary for the newest Changes to Justice trip. It required a pop blockbuster that no one can refute, something that Justin Bieber has done more often than anybody else in the last decade. In the year 2022, he gave us two more. In addition, he’s still got enough left in the tank.

I LOVE ALL FASHION AND CULTURE IN JAPAN

Talk about how long you have been in the industry? I have been in the industry for 20 years. Is modeling a big passion? reading your bio, we noticed you have done an appearance on tv. Can you share more about this?

You have a show in Las Vegas. Can you talk more about this? Also, is this show a regular show in Las vegas such as a residency?

Modeling was never my passion, I kind of just fell into and I’m really good at it. Now I enjoy it and it has become my career. Dancing was my passion. I have been dancing since I was two years old. TV and movies is something I have been doing and want to do more of. It really challenges me. I was a celebrity judge on all 3 seasons of the tattoo competition show Best Ink that was on the Oxygen network. I was also on an episode of Kat Von D’s LA Ink and was on an episode of The Look All Stars season 2 as a celebrity model. The first feature film I did was called Inside Game.

Something that I’m really proud of is that I was the first heavily tattooed showgirl to headline on the Las Vegas strip. I am working on my own show right now in Las Vegas that would be a consistent show at a casino. As I am doing that I have been guest headlining in some of the top shows in Las Vegas. They are X Burlesque at Flamingo, X Country at Harrahs, and A Touch of Burlesque at Centerfolds. My dancing career in Vegas started as a showgirl when I was 18 in the famous show, “Jubilee” at Ballys casino. I was on all the billboards, programs, and the marquee

of the casino. I then guest headlined for a year in the show, “PinUp” at the Stratosphere and then was in the show as a Burlesque dancer in, “Totally Outrageous Brunch” at the SLS casino. You have a passion for Burlesque, can you share more about this, Japan is very in love with Burlesque and the art of performance. I love Burlesque! I love that it is a tease instead of just showing everything. Burlesque kind of goes hand in hand with my PinUp modeling. I have always been a huge fan of the PinUp models and Burlesque performers of the 1950’s. With my favorites being Bettie Page, Bunny Yeager, and Sally Rand.

I have always been a huge fan of the PinUp models and I have always been a huge fan of the PinUp models and Burlesque performers of the 1950‘s

HOW HAS THE PANDEMIC AFFECTED YOU? ANY CHANGES THAT YOU MADE THIS YEAR? I think the pandemic was difficult for everyone and very scary financially. I was extremely lucky that I made this very negative experience into a very positive one. Having to be in lockdown made me stay home and get everything I had been putting off getting done on the home front, done. It also made me reevaluate what I wanted career wise and who I wanted and did not want to work with, and what was the most important to me. The pandemic showed everyones true colors and made me really realize who were good people and who were bad. While Vegas is pretty back to normal, now the challenge is travel. I love to travel and my travels have been very limited because of Covid. Hoping the truth of what is really going on comes out quick, so the world can go somewhat back to normal.

TALK ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE WORKING ON NOW? WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM YOU? I am currently working on my own show to headline on the Las Vegas strip, and I’m modeling and consistently making new merchandise to sell on my website www.SabinaKelley.com. My husband and I are also opening up a high end tattoo shop here in Las Vegas in 2022. Fingers crossed I will continue working on a new tattoo tv show that we began filming and that I do more tv work.

HAVE YOU EVER BEEN TO JAPAN? AND DO YOU IMAGINE IT TO BE ?

Yes, I have been to Japan. I have been to Tokyo and Yokohama. I was tattooed by Horiyoshi III’s apprentice at the time Horitomo. I really want to go back and experience it right with someone who knows there way around. I feel I did not see much and really want to go back and explore, maybe do some modeling over there and some performances. I also have always wanted to go to the Mooneyes Car Show in Japan. I love all fashion and culture in Japan and really want to go visit during cherry blossom season.

DO YOU PLAN ON MAKING MORE SHOWS IN LAS VEGAS? AND WHAT ABOUT AROUND THE WORLD? 100% I plan on doing more shows in Las Vegas and would love to travel the world performing and modeling again to. WHAT HAVE BEEN YOUR CHALLENGES FOR THIS YEAR? COVID!!! WHAT KEEPS YOU MOTIVATED IN THIS INDUSTRY? My dreams keep me motivated in this industry. I love what I do, so my job does not always feel like work because I love doing it. I also keep my head down and do what I want to do and not let others opinions or ideas sway the direction I want to go. What kind of music did you grow up listening to? and what kind of music do you like now?

I grew up listening to Punk music. I liked Social Distortion, Good Riddance, and NOFX. Now I listen to all kinds of music. Everything from Rap and Hip Hop like Eminem, YG, and Yelawolf to complete opposite music like Miley Cyrus, Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, and Gary Allen. JAPAN IS VERY BIG IN BURLESQUE, THANKS TO JERRY SO MANY COMPANIES CONTACTED US IN HOPE TO WORK WITH YOU SO MAYBE IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA TO MAKE YOUR OFFICIAL DEBUT.?

I would love to and be honored to make an official debut in Japan! Let’s do it! How does the future look for you, what are your plans for next year and what can the viewers expect? The future is very exciting to me. I have a lot of dreams to conquer modeling, dancing, travel, and tv wise. It’s not over for Sabina, and we’d like to keep working with her and hope she makes an appearance in Japan in the future. Because this is something that our readers have requested us to do. This year has been a difficult one, to say the least, but we’ve given you an exclusive look at what we can expect from Sabina and what you can anticipate from the stunning talent in the near future. JAPAN’S NEW RISING STAR WITH A BURNING PASSION TO WIN NO MATTER THE CHALLANGE!

T

he fitness business in Japan has evolved over the past several years, and I can recall a few years back when slim was the new beautiful in the country. In the early days of pop culture, girls didn’t find it appealing if you kept your body in shape, and many girls aspired to be as slim as possible to emulate their favorite models or heroes. Nevertheless, the past is the past, and in Japan, for example, fitness is the new normal. I’d like to introduce you to a woman named mana, who I find really inspiring. To follow up with an incredible fitness athlete, I traveled to Japan, where the fitness business is still in its infancy, but where so much progress has been made, and where so much more must be done to improve the sector itself.

A U THOR: J ERRY CORI A

I

n this case, hard work pays off when you really want something. During this month, I’d like to emphasize the importance of women’s empowerment and the importance of letting the world know that women are as powerful as men. I believe that Mana is a great superstar and an inspiration. Although she had just begun her career in the fitness sector just three years ago, I believe she will ascend to the top of the ranks.

P

lease introduce yourself for the benefit of people all over the world who are reading this. Please tell us more about yourself. Hi, I’m Mana, nabba wff japan bikini model pro! I won my first pro title at the first nabba wff japan in 2019! I’ve been a bikini model pro for 3 years now, and I’m working hard on my body makeup for the next competition.

From this year, I’m in a position to teach training and posing, and I’m learning every day not only how to train myself, but also how to teach others. I’ve only been training for three years, so I’m just starting out, How and why did you get into the fitness industry? I’ve always liked to move my body, so I joined a gym and trained on my own for six months. I joined a gym and trained on my own for

six months. My initial goal was simply to improve my hips. I trained three to four times a week, but I couldn’t see any growth, and it was bothering me. That’s when I started looking for a personal trainer and met my current mentor, who changed my life. I believe that the day I met my mentor was the moment I stepped into the fitness industry.

HOW IMPORTANT IS FITNESS TO YOU? IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME TO GET CLOSER TO MY IDEAL BODY THROUGH BODY MAKING. I FEEL MORE CONFIDENT IN MYSELF WHEN I GET CLOSER TO MY IDEAL BODY. I HAVE EXPERIENCED BOTH WHEN I WAS VERY FAT AND WHEN I WAS VERY SKINNY WITH NO MUSCLES AT ALL, BUT IN BOTH CASES, I LACKED SELF-CONFIDENCE AND HAD A NEGATIVE PERSONALITY. WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND SEE THE CONFIDENCE I LIKE IN MYSELF, IT‘S A FEELING I NEVER WOULD HAVE FOUND WITHOUT FITNESS! TRAINING IS NOT ONLY ABOUT BUILDING YOUR BODY, BUT ALSO ABOUT BUILDING YOUR MENTAL STRENGTH. THE HARDER YOU TRAIN, DAY AFTER DAY, THE STRONGER YOUR MIND BECOMES. BECAUSE THOSE WHO DO

“No matter what happens, it’s just a test that I need right now, and I’ll get through it.” WHEN YOU GET THROUGH ONE DAY, YOU‘LL BE A LITTLE STRONGER TOMORROW. THAT‘S WHAT MAKES YOU CONFIDENT, AND THAT‘S WHAT MAKES YOU ATTRACTIVE. I‘VE ALSO BECOME MORE POSITIVE SINCE STARTING FITNESS. POSITIVE THINKING HAS HELPED ME OVER AND OVER AGAIN WHEN I‘VE RUN INTO DIFFICULTIES. „NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, IT‘S JUST A TEST THAT I NEED RIGHT NOW, AND I‘LL GET THROUGH IT.“THIS MENTALITY HAS BEEN DEVELOPED THROUGH HARD TRAINING. I‘VE LEARNED TO ENJOY LIFE AND THE THINGS I FACE. FOR ME, FITNESS HAS MADE ME STRONGER AND MORE RESILIENT, AND IT HAS HELPED ME GROW AS A PERSON.

In the U.S. and Europe, the fitness industry is very big, but in Japan, it is still quite new. What are your expectations for the future of this industry in Japan? I think the fitness population is increasing year by year, but it is still lagging behind the rest of the world. I hope that exercise will be added to the three major elements of life: food, clothing, and shelter. I think it would be wonderful if we could create a world where exercise is a fundamental part of our lives and where all people can realize the importance and appeal of physical activity.

My activities as a trainer and my desire to contribute to the nabba organization are all for the prosperity of fitness. There is only so much I can do, but if there is even one person who is interested in training through me, I will continue to do what I can.

WHAT KIND OF IMPROVEMENTS DO YOU EXPECT TO SEE IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY IN JAPAN? Exercise is absolutely necessary for good health. I think it would be great if we could more fully communicate the connection and importance of this. It would be wonderful if all people could think of exercise as a part of their daily lives and more accessible. On the competition side, I‘ve been thinking about how fitness can be used if losing too much body fat is damaging your health. If we start a fitness program for our health, but it becomes unhealthy, then we have to think carefully about the criteria for judging it. YOU HAVE PARTICIPATED IN MANY FITNESS COMPETITIONS IN THE PAST. PLEASE TELL US ABOUT YOUR TRAINING PROCESS AND WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO PREPARE FOR THESE COMPETITIONS. Deciding to enter a competition is easy as it sounds, anyone can do it, just get on stage! I decided from the beginning that if I was going to compete, I was going to be the best.

I‘m not training to lose, I‘m training to do everything I can for that day, without wasting a single day. Training is about never compromising and never running away. I believe that my biggest enemy is myself, and everyone wants to spoil themselves, so I try to beat myself every time I train. Also, I have to be patient with my diet while I‘m losing weight, and I have to win every hour of every day without taking it easy on myself. Every year I try to lose weight for 5 months before the competition, so I can‘t eat what I want for a long time. Even so, I‘m determined to win this competition, and I‘m determined to beat myself. Next is posing, which is just as important as training, if not more so! I‘ve spent a lot of time practicing posing. I made a rule in my mind to practice with heels on at least once a day, and I worked on it. Posing is not something that you can learn to do right away, so you need to be flexible, stretch, and practice over and over again. There are also many other preparations for the competition, such as going to a tanning salon to improve the

I HEARD THAT FITNESS IS NOT SO IMPORTANT IN JAPAN. I think it‘s becoming more and more popular, but not as much as in Western countries. Still, when I faced the virus, I felt that more and more people were thinking about exercising because health and exercise are absolutely inseparable. I think there are more opportunities for the media to cover exercise. I also feel that the number of people who want to have a cool body and improve their hips is gradually increasing. I think there is a big possibility that fitness will become more popular and important in the future.

If we start a fitness program for our health, but it becomes unhealthy, then we have to think carefully about the criteria for judging it. WHAT IS YOUR MAIN MOTIVATION FOR CONTINUING IN THE FITNESS INDUSTRY? Number one, because I want to get my ideal body. I feel the value of something that can only be obtained through hard work, and you can always obtain it through hard work. I am also motivated when I can see the growth of my body as I continue. It also motivates me in terms of mental stability. To be able to be positive is to be able to enjoy life more, and for me to be able to enjoy every day, I can‘t stay away from fitness.

Besides the competitions you are involved in, do you train or help out in the industry in any way to those who want to get serious about the fitness industry? Right now, I’m a personal trainer for training and posing. I’m still an athlete and I’m still learning, so it was a bit daunting to be in a position to teach. However, I felt that it would be against the prosperity of fitness to keep my knowledge to myself if there are people who come to me for help and if they are happy. I’m also interested in increasing and improving my knowledge of fitness, so I’m learning not only how to improve the knowledge and quality of my own training, but also how to pass it on. When you first entered the fitness industry, or when you started trying to compete, was there ever a time when you wanted to give up? RFor me, training was really hard and I always sucked at it. There was a really long period of time when I couldn’t do it well, and there were times when I felt like I was going to fail. But I’m a competitive person, so I couldn’t just walk away from it. If

I wanted to quit, I had to win the championship But I didn’t quit, and by continuing to train, I gradually improved and began to understand,

and it became more and more fun. I’m really glad that I didn’t run away from it and continued to face it. What plans do you have for the near future? What are your plans for the near future, and do you feel that you want to continue competing? I am planning to compete in nabba korea next year. I’ve been thinking about winning the korea pro and winning the pro stage since last year. Last year, it was difficult to go abroad, so I decided not to go. I believe that I will be able to go next year, but

Thank you for the opportunity and reading this. A few years ago, I never thought When I was aspiring to be a competitor I’d be doing something like this. My life has and stepping out as a determined person, I changed a lot since I found fitness I started thought I would never be able to do it! training and competing for my own health I knew better than anyone that I was naive, and beauty, but now it’s for the people who and even just looking at the pictures I knew support me, and for the people who want it wasn’t going to be easy. me. I can do my best again because of the people who support me, and I want to keep growing without stopping. This is the beginning of my challenge to the world! I’m still new, but I’d be very happy if you could support me and give me energy and encouragement. What difficulties or challenges are you currently facing?

if it is not possible, I feel that my future will be very different. In my mind, living as a competitor is not everything, so I don’t see myself doing it for a long time. However, I have a dream that I really want to fulfill. If I can make that dream come true and still want to compete, then I will continue my challenge. We want to be an empowering presence for women in the fitness industry. Have you ever thought about opening a YouTube channel to have more influence in the fitness industry? I’m not thinking about YouTube right now because I’m focusing all my energy on being a competitor. But if it can help fitness flourish, then it’s appealing. I make choices about my work, my hobbies, my relationships, and all the other things I do when I feel like it. I think there is timing and opportunity, but if my heart moves me, I want to try it.
