Welcome to your Parent Portal This guide will help you learn about the features in your portal, including how to easily view your student’s schedule, access information from class sessions including notes and assignments, view your billing information, and contact the campus staff. Your portal is your one-stop shop!

To access the Parent Portal, navigate to: my.fusionacademy.com

You will use the personal email address you used with our staff during the admissions process.
If you are having any trouble accessing the website please try to reset your password using the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. Any other questions regarding the Parent Portal can be directed towards your campus administration.

The parent dashboard provides a visual overview of each student’s courses, assignments, schedule, announcements, and goals.

Things to Do From The Dashboard 1
Current Courses: View your student’s current courses and grades.

To-Do List: See all upcoming assignments and due dates.

Billing: See your past due and current billing information and make a payment.

Announcements: See the latest campus announcements.

Recent Assignments: View your student’s recent assignments and grades received.

My Schedule: View your student’s class schedule.

Global Community Events: See upcoming events available to all Fusion students.

Contact Info: Find the contact information for current teachers, admin, and the campus.

Announcements The announcement tab at the top is where you can find important updates and communication from your campus.
Whether it’s a birthday, a community event, or a campus update, you can find it all here!

Schedule The schedule tab at the top is where you can view your student’s schedule. You can also click the subscribe button to add your school calendar to a calendar app of your choice, and export an attendance record if needed.

Courses: Grades, Assignments, & Attendance The courses tab is where you can find all current and past courses and corresponding start/end dates and grades. If you click on a course name it will allow you to view additional details like grades, assignments, and attendance. You can also click the See Notes button to see the daily summary that gets sent home every night via email.

Assignments Navigate to the assignment tab to see your student’s assignments, including upcoming assignments and due dates, and previous assignments with grades and point values.

School Journey In the Journey tab you can see an overview of classes, click into class details, view our course catalog, send feedback directly to campus admin about any changes, and explore payment plans.
You will see this view when you click into a specific class.

Explore Payment Plans When you click Explore Payment Plans, a window will pop up allowing you to view upcoming terms, courses, and cost.
When you select terms as your view, you can see any upcoming terms where you have courses to review. $XX,XXX

When you select a list view, you can see individual courses in each term along with costs.

From here you can choose to wait to discuss, or proceed to payment plans.
On the next screen you will be presented with various options for payment plans. You will be able to see different scenarios and the costs associated with each.

If you have anything you’d like your campus team to include in your journey, or if you’d like to wait to discuss details in your planning meeting, you can let your campus team know by clicking either “Journey Feedback” or “Wait to Discuss.” You’ll be cc’d, and can continue the conversation from there.

Preferences Click the arrow next to your name to find the preferences page. This page will allow you to update your contact info and communication preferences, see your contacts, see your student’s information, and change your email address or password.

Billing The account page at the top will take you to your billing and contracting information. This is also where you can find your contact information.

Things to Do in the Billing Section 1
Edit Contact Information: Update your name, address, email, phone number, or photo.

Billing: See your invoice and transaction history, make a payment, and manage payment methods.

Contracts: See your signed and/or open contract information.

Using the Parent Portal on Your Phone All of the information and features shown earlier are also accessible on your phone. You can navigate to announcements, schedule, courses, assignments, and account by clicking on the three lines to the left of the Fusion logo.
Helpful Tip: You can add a website icon to your iPhone Home Screen for quick access to that site. From the website, tap the Share button, then tap Add to Home Screen. The icon appears only on the device where you add it. For additional support click here.
