The FuseHR Forum provides a platform for HR Professionals at any stage of their career as well as business owners without an HR Team the resources and opportunity to benchmark and network with one another on trending HR issues. The group meets every other month with discussions presented by Danielle Rusch, Senior HR Consultant and Owner of Dynamic Talent Consultants.

MOXIE

MOXIE (Members Owners eXchange Information & Experience) is a group of member business owners who meet monthly to discuss issues impacting their businesses.

A partnership with local Latino community members. Empresarios means “entrepreneur” in Spanish.

JCI Des Moines

Civic-minded young professionals (YP) who collectively work to better their community, and work environments.

Firestarters

Our Firestarters are the ambassadors of the chamber to welcome and encourage involvement from new and current members.

Economic Development Committee

This committee consists of invested members of the chamber and leaders within the community to collaborate and implement ideas in developing underserved areas within the FuseDSM footprint.

Intern Immersion

This new annual event aims to kick off the summer and bring interns together from FuseDSM chamber member businesses. This is an opportunity for them to spread their wings beyond your business and in to the community by encouraging intermingling while also gaining valuable resources.

What types of events do you offer?

We offer a wide range of events including over 100 business connection events with free or discounted admission annually, educational opportunities and programming, target marketing opportunities (Sponsorships) and volunteer opportunities.

How do I register for an event?

Check the page of this document detailing how to register for easy tips. You can register for an event online by clocking directly on the event link in our event calendar. How do I get involved with the

Chamber?

The best way to start is by attending a few events! Through out various events, you can learn more about local business leaders and members, current events and community news, sponsor an event to promote your company and/or simply expand your professional

Is there a Privacy Policy?

Any information given to the chamber is not solicited, outside of membership, to third parties nor is information shared with outside vendors without written consent; any information you provide will be used by the chamber for your benefit.

How can the Chamber help me hire?

The chamber is dedicated to being a workforce resource. Simply add your opening to your membership profile, and we’ll promote on social, and list on our website and the Greater Des Moines Partnership. Just another way we are #FusingTheCommunityTogether

This should be the credentials you used to register to be a chamber member

Make sure you fill out the tabs explaining what your company does, all categories fit the business and all relevant URLS.

In an enhanced listing membership you have the ability to fill out all social networks , and event some highlight pages

Add a Header and Logos

Make a listing stand out with the use of headers, member logo, and search result icons.

Add Promotional Videos

Another cool feature of enhanced listings lets you upload videos straight to your profile for more views.

Register for an Event

Find the Event Calendar & News Menu Tab

From the tab, select member chamber calendar.

Browse Events From the Calendar

Chose a link to an event you are interested in, and click it to be taken to the next step.

Select the Register Button

You’ll then be asked to log-in and provide payment (if applicable). Remember you can sign up multiple guests at once during this action.

Advertise a Deal & Post a Job

Log-In to Your Chamber Master Profile

As in the first step, use members tab, member login to get the correct screen.

List a Hot Deal to be Promoted

Choose the Hot Deals or Job Listing tab to post an event, promotion, or announcement from your business to be promoted by the chamber.

Post a Job to be Promoted

Choose the Job Listings tab to post an opening at your business to be promoted by the chamber. It will then be submitted to be promoted.
