Celebrate Wins in a Variety of Ways

The workplace is an evolving and robust environment. In early 2022, the Greater Des Moines Partnership commissioned a student of knowledge workers in Greater Des Moines and created the Workforce Trends and Occupancy Playbook to accelerate organization’s adaptation to the new world of work. The Workforce Trends and Occupancy Study (WTOS) Playbook provides employers in Greater Des Moines with detailed insights from hyper-local data and includes actionable steps, called work-plays, that can be taken now to address current and future needs of our local workforce.

How do you motivate and appreciate your employees? Recognizing both the large and smaller accomplish- ments of teams and individuals encourages them to continue to strive and reminds them that you value their contributions.
