This event enables prospective owners to see our products in action, ask questions, and taste the delicious results of using our appliances.
Understanding the incredible capabilities of our appliances and learning how best to care for them is a major benefit to our owners. Our showroom offers live demonstrations dedicated to use and care for customers currently interested in purchasing Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove products.

Builders who intend to purchase a minimum quantity of Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and BEST units during a one year period can register with Sub-Zero Group Southeast (SGSE) as a Select Builder to receive rebates on all Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, and BEST full-size appliances (see definition of full-size units below).
To participate in the 2023 Select Builder Program, a prospective builder/developer must meet with a SGSE representative prior to registering for the program to ensure the builder is fully apprised of the program details. Builders may register for the program by submitting the registration form and providing SGSE a copy of their W-9. The builder will then receive a registration code to use when placing orders under the program
Builders can select one of four program start dates:
April 1, 2023, July 1, 2023, October 1, 2023 and January 1, 2024
Once a program start date has been selected, it cannot be changed. All purchases and rebates are based on shipped units during the selected program time period.
Once registered, builders will have one (1) year from their selected start date to reach the minimum full-size unit requirement for two rebate levels.
Level 1: 25 Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove full-size units (25 total)
Level 2: 36 Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove full-size units (36 total)
Cove: Minimum of 2 Cove Dishwashers (for Level 1) and 3 Cove Dishwashers (for Level 2) need to be purchased in addition to the Level 1 or Level 2 of Sub-Zero, Wolf, or Cove full size units to qualify for rebate.
BEST: Rebate will be offered for all BEST units, but will not count towards Level 1 or Level 2 full-size units.
–Sub-Zero full-size units include: all Classic, Designer and PRO refrigeration, undercounter refrigeration and wine preservation units
–Wolf full-size units include: all gas, dual fuel and induction ranges, wall ovens, convection steam ovens, gas, electric and induction cooktops, modules, hoods, barbecue grills, warming drawers and microwaves
–Cove full-size units include: all Cove dishwashers.
–BEST Hood (excluding accessories and blower) qualify for rebates but do not count as full-size units toward the total unit requirement
Rebates will be calculated and checks issued after completion of a one year period from the selected program start date. All claims require invoice from the dealer or builder along with serial numbers to validate. Invoices must be submitted to your SGSE representative on a monthly basis. All rebate checks will be delivered in person by a SGSE representative. The builder/developer must be in good credit standing with all respective dealers in order to receive rebate payment.
Orders must be placed by dealer early enough to ensure delivery prior to the end of the one year period. Back orders will not qualify if the order is not shipped complete by the end of this time frame.
–All qualifying orders must be entered separately into COMNet by the respective dealer, using “Builder” as the Sales Type, and the correct registered Select Builder code in the “Select Builder/Promo Code” field.
–If a builder chooses, they may purchase through multiple dealers. All orders placed by any authorized dealer must be properly entered into COMNet using the correct Select Builder code in order to qualify for rebates
Note:
Only units ordered using the 2023 Select Builder Program will count toward the 2023 Select Builder Program requirements. Units ordered through the Model Home Program, contract builder quotations or any special pricing will not count toward the unit requirements.
Any exceptions to the aforementioned requirements must be approved by Sub-Zero Group Southeast prior to product shipment
The Select Builder Program is valid beginning April 1, 2023. Not to be used in conjunction with any other Sub-Zero Group Inc. or Sub-Zero Group Southeast (SGSE) promotion, excluding the Grand Kitchen Event Only available to dealers who actively call on the builder market, fully complete the program registration process, meet the SGSE dealer display requirements, are financially current, and have a valid SGSE Dealer Agreement on file Program purchases are net purchases and are exclusive of all other programs However, all sales created under the program will count towards higher volume levels associated with any current programs. Orders must be submitted by an authorized dealer in COMNet using the assigned Select Builder code. Each home or dwelling must be submitted on a separate order. The Builder will complete The Galley Preferred Builder Program Enrollment Form and their Authorized Galley Dealer/Designer will submit it to The Galley. The Galley will provide the Dealer/Designer with a Special Bid (SB) number for each Builder. The Dealer/Designer will submit the Builder's Retail Invoice(s) and PO(s) to The Galley, which will include the additional 10% discount, Builder's name, project address, and SB number. The Builder must purchase The Galley products from the Dealer/Designer that they enrolled under to receive the additional discount.
A new enrollment form is required each year that the Builder elects to participate. Re-enrollment is strongly encouraged when the minimum commitment is met.
