INTRODUCING THE COLLECTION

The Spring-Summer 2023 collection is created to convey joy and freshness, to ideally escape from everyday life, losing oneself in a world of sport and well-being.

A reality to be drawn on at all times, even if only through the imagination: that of a shape, a print or a colour.

Let's start with the details that recall these very inspirations, where micro or maxi stripes evoke those of college jerseys, but also the long stripes that demarcate sports fields. The lawns of playing fields inspire the grass-effect jacquard straw shoppers, where our logoarchetype stands out.

It is no coincidence that the palette for this release is inspired by shades of brown, neutral earth colours and all shades of green, from the most delicate to grass-effect.

For the second delivery, we enter a world where well-being becomes relaxation. Lines and colours make us feel good, like the fluorescent and bright tones of Furla Metropolis and Camelia. Dream and femininity also find space in the floral print: from a bouquet of roses in pop hues to prints of flowers and ladybirds that, innovating an archive watercolour, immediately evoke meadows, holidays and nature.

This luminosity shines on new essential, fresh and modern releases: like the Furla Zoe line, destined to become the "little sister" of our Furla 1927. Made with a contrast of light and opacity, alternating patent leather and shiny metal details, with elegant cowhide handles.

A world of opposites that continues in the Furla Fleur line: tapered bucket bags - almost Nineties-style - that combine brushed glossy calfskin with PCU transparencies.

But even the funkier models are not lacking in strong craftsmanship and know-how.

Those of the new Furla Genesi line: elegant and timeless bags in smooth or grained leather. Made by the best Tuscan craftsmen as an interpretation of one of our classics, they amaze us with the colour of the interiors and the practicality of the numerous pockets, to meet all the needs of the contemporary woman.

It is made from a cotton/polyester fabric that is coagulated (the fabric is impregnated in a polyurethane solution) and then coated with several layers of polyurethane to make the surface completely flat. The coated material can be digitally printed or rotary printed. The last process is embossing, which gives the product its final texture and appearance, which in this specific article is a saffiano pattern. INTRODUCING THE COLLECTION

Furla Women's shoes collection for the upcoming Main SS23 explores the joy of living outdoors, along with the benefits of a healthy life in contact with nature. The passion for movement and sports activities generates a series of contaminations that are at the origin of creative exploration.

The colour palette is inspired by the flower's soft nuances, such as Quarzo, Marmalade or Mineral Green tones, or is illuminated with more vibrant tones such as Hot Pink or Volt.

The aesthetic balance of the collection is based, therefore, on the balance of opposites that gives life to new silhouettes and volumes.

The collection daily part is minimalist and urban, combines the square template of the shapes with a solid lines heel, which becomes sinuous depending on the perspective from which it is observed.

This model has been made from two different materials: grained nubuck options for the combination with mirrored synthetic leather to give a contrasting, shiny effect to the "Arch" (Volt + Mineral Green).

The second material is grained patent leather (Nero).

NABUK GRANATO - Nubuck is a full-grain calfskin leather that undergoes a milling process. The treatment removes the full grain and gives the leather its characteristic suede and velvety feel. After tanning, the leather follows a printing treatment that simulates micrograin. It is a rather delicate leather, the colour of which tends to intensify with use, acquiring particular shades. We recommend protecting the shoe from liquid stains (water or oil) with a neutral waterproofing spray.

VERNICE GRANATA - This is a half-calf leather, chrome-tanned and finished with an acrylic layer that gives the material its characteristic shine. The grainy touch of this varnished leather is achieved through a dry drum process for several hours to obtain a less compact and looser surface. The reflection is shiny and mirrored.
