White piece of paper.

A popsicle stick.

Green paint or marker.

Zig zag scissors (in case there is not, standard can be used).

Green pipe cleaners.

Small wiggly eyes.

o

A black marker.

o

Glue.

Painting brush or a piece of sponge.

Step-by-step instructions 1. Color the stick green and let it dry completely. Once dried take a green pipe cleaner and place it in the middle of the stick.

2. Start wrapping the pipe cleaner around the stick, working your way toward one end of the stick.

4. Once you have wrapped to the point that a quarter of the stick is still “unwrapped� - stop. Make legs. Repeat the whole process on the other end of the stick. If there are too much of pipe cleaners left cut it carefully off.

5. Cut the teeth with zig zag scissors. Glue them to the bottom of the stick where the head is supposed to be.

6. Stick on two wiggly eyes. Draw nostrils with a marker.

You can create using this technique not only crocodiles, but for example lizards or snakes or other fancy animals. It can be even little monsters and you can use different colors of paint and pipe cleaners. It is also possible to use several sticks for one creature, gluing it together or connecting via pipe cleaners. It is also important to be careful of the edges of pipe cleaners, they can be sharp and cause injuries.
