Hi, Fulton County! 2025 was an unbelievably exciting and hard-working year for us. My office served you in ways that made me so proud as a leader and as a fellow Fulton County resident. I hope you were able to experience our top-tiered customer service and passion for what we do in your office.
2025 was a year defined by purpose, progress, and partnership. Together, we showed what is possible when public service is rooted in integrity and driven by people who truly care about the communities they serve.
Every day, my team and I are reminded that the Clerk’s Office is often the first point of contact for residents navigating some of life’s most important moments. Whether assisting a family, supporting the legal community, collaborating with justice partners, or meeting constituents where they are, our responsibility is clear: to serve with excellence, transparency, and compassion.
Last year, we strengthened relationships across Fulton County with our courts, law enforcement, community organizations, elected officials, and residents, because meaningful progress is never achieved alone. We invested in learning and innovation, expanded access to information, and remained steadfast in our commitment to fairness and accountability. We also continued to pour into our staff, recognizing that an empowered and supported workforce is the foundation of exceptional public service.
The pages that follow reflect more than milestones and metrics. They tell the story of people working together across neighborhoods, courtrooms, classrooms, and communities. They capture moments of celebration, service, and growth, and were all driven by a shared belief that government should be accessible, responsive, and human-centered.
I am deeply grateful to the dedicated professionals of the Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts Clerk’s Office, whose passion and professionalism make this work possible. I also thank our justice partners, community leaders, and constituents for your trust, collaboration, and continued engagement.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to serving Fulton County with integrity, innovation, and heart — together.
With gratitude and purpose,
Ché Alexander Fulton County Clerk of the Superior and Magistrate Courts

Madam Clerk’s
Swearing In 2025
On January 3, 2025, Madam Clerk Ché Alexander was officially sworn in, marking the beginning of a new term grounded in service, integrity, and accountability. Surrounded by family, colleagues, justice partners, and community leaders, the ceremony reflected both the significance of the office and the collective trust placed in her leadership.
This milestone represented more than the taking of an oath. It reaffirmed a commitment to the residents of Fulton County to lead with transparency, uphold the public’s confidence, and continue strengthening an accessible, responsive, and people-centered Clerk’s Office. As she began this new term, Madam Clerk remained focused on serving Fulton County with purpose, partnership, and care.
Mass Swearing-In Ceremony 2025
The Clerk’s Office conducts attorney swearings-in throughout the year, both in person and virtually, to ensure accessibility and timely service. The annual Mass SwearingIn, however, stands as the largest and most visible of these ceremonies, bringing together attorneys, judges, and court leadership in a shared moment of recognition and responsibility.
Beyond the ceremony, the Clerk’s Office plays a critical role in facilitating the process by coordinating required documentation and ensuring seamless communication between the judge, the attorney, the Clerk’s Office and the State Bar of Georgia. This collaboration reflects a commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism, while honoring the attorneys who serve within Fulton County’s justice system.
Community Collaboration
Meaningful service is built through collaboration. Throughout 2025, the Clerk’s Office worked alongside community partners, organizations, and residents to share information, listen to concerns, and create spaces for dialogue and learning.
By engaging directly with the community, the Clerk’s Office strengthened trust and expanded access to resources. These partnerships reflect a shared commitment to ensuring that Fulton County’s residents feel informed, supported, and connected to the justice system.
Together in Governmental Roles
Some of our most impactful work this year happened when we stepped beyond our own office and into collaboration with fellow government entities. The Clerk’s Office welcomed opportunities to engage with elected officials, judges, agency leaders, and public servants across Fulton County to better understand how each role contributes to serving the public.
Together in Governmental Roles
We valued being able to see other offices in action and to open our doors in return, creating seamless partnerships rooted in mutual respect and shared purpose. Through co-hosted conversations, joint trainings, collaborative classes, podcasts, and cross-agency engagement, we worked side by side to exchange ideas, strengthen communication, and elevate how government connects with the community.
