Coming up to six years with the Full Moon Hotel, Adam is a familiar face behind the bar and a valued member of the Full Moon team. As one of our Bar Supervisors, he has a real passion for cocktails and loves getting creative with new flavours, ideas and combinations. You’ll often find his
creations making their way onto our cocktail menus, such as the recent crowd favourite - Blueberry Gin Sour! After nearly six years with us, Adam continues to bring plenty of creativity, experience and personality to the Full Moon team.

Dish of the Month Sometimes, you just can’t beat a classic. By popular request, our October Dish of the Month is the Classic Caesar Salad. Crisp romaine lettuce, sourdough croutons, smoked crispy bacon, egg and Pecorino cheese come together with our creamy house dressing, made with garlic confit, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. A fresh, youthful Pinot Noir from South Australia's Adelaide Hills, this one leans savoury and aromatic.
Hailing from the south of France, this Chardonnay offers a lovely balance of freshness and texture.
It shows a pale cherry red colour, with savoury notes on the nose alongside dried herbs, rose petals, spices, cherries, aniseed and charcuterie.
