One of the biggest requests we heard was the ability to order directly from the table while still earning and redeeming Full Moon Rewards points. With Chewzie, members can now enjoy the convenience of mobile ordering alongside the benefits of our loyalty program, making every visit even more rewarding.

Meet Jenny!
People & Culture Manager
Jenny’s journey with the Full Moon is nothing short of incredible. Over 15 years, she has been a front of house all-rounder, Functions Manager (a role she held for 8 years) and now in her current position as People & Culture Manager, she has grown alongside the business with genuine care, dedication, and a real passion for people.
Throughout her journey, Jenny has also shared many of life’s big moments with us—getting married, buying her home, and welcoming two children.
A creature of habit in the best way, Jenny will always come back to her favourite chicken parmi—much like the way she shows up every day with consistency, warmth, and heart. We feel very lucky to have Jenny in our team and can’t wait to see what's next in her journey with the Full Moon Hotel.

An Ode to the Classic Steak Sandwich
June’s Dish of the Month is stepping into the spotlight as our official entry into the 2026 Queensland Hotels Association Steak Sandwich Competition.
The competition celebrates the best steak sandwiches across Queensland, judged on tenderness, originality, flavour, presentation and overall experience, and our kitchen team has pulled out all the stops for this one.
Built to impress, our classic steak sando is layered with rich garlic butter, sweet balsamic glazed onions, melted provolone, fresh rocket and a punchy horseradish mayo – perfectly complimented with crispy chips and golden onion rings to complete the experience. This dish is a must-try twist on the timeless pub classic. Enjoy with an icecold pint of Great Northern Supercrisp.
