MBTI, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, is a personality assessment tool that is designed to help individuals understand their personality preferences and how they relate to others. The MBTI was developed by Katharine Briggs and her daughter Isabel Myers based on the theory of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. MBTI, also called 16 personalities, categorizes people into 16 types based on four dichotomies: Extraversion (E) v.s. Introversion (I) ; Sensing (S) v.s. Intuition (N) ; Thinking (T) v.s. Feeling (F); Judging (J) v.s. Perceiving (P)

1. ISFJ
ISFJs, 13.8% of the population, are the most in the world. ISFJs are patient individuals who apply common sense and experience to solving problems for other people. They are very responsible, loyal, traditional, and enjoy serving the needs of other people. ISFJs enjoy a sense of belonging at work and like to work with people who care about and support each other. And thus, the ISFJs usually find jobs that reward loyalty and a sense of duty, for example, health- care, secretarial roles, and social work. However, ISFJs overload too many of them. They have traits which can transmute into workaholism and leave an ISFJ so overloaded that she loses sight of everything else. For those ISFJ people, Don’t worry! Lighten up and be happy!

And, it is difficult to say “no”, even when they’re already overcommitted or don’t want to do something. If they can find the balance between their weakness and strength, ESFJs are compassionate and caring individuals who strive to create a better world for themselves and those around them.

3. ISTJ ISTJs, 11.6% of the population, are practical, responsible, and dependable individuals who value stability and order in their lives. They have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to get things done. They tend to be reserved and prefer to stick to established rules and traditions, rather than taking risks or embracing new experiences. Their strong sense of responsibility often prioritizes their obligations to family, work, and community over their personal desires. However, they might struggle with expressing emotions which can be a challenge in remaining intimacy in the relationships. ISTJs need to open communication and mutual understanding crucial for a successful INTJ relationship.
4. ISFP
ISFP: 8.8% of the population have an ISFP’s personality. ISFPs are sensitive, artistic, and empathetic individuals who place a high value on creative expression. 5. ESTJ
ESTJs are often described as logical, take-charge kinds of people. 8.7% of the population are ESTJs. They have strong beliefs and possess sensible judgement, and they expect that others will uphold these same principles as well. They are the consummate organizers, and want to bring structure to their surroundings. When they see a lack of organization, the ESTJ often takes the initiative to establish processes and guidelines, so that everyone knows what’s expected. They are loyal and dependable partners and friends, but may sometimes struggle with expressing their emotions or being flexible in their thinking. Overall, ESTJs are practical and result-driven individuals who value structure, organization, and hard work.
