Join the City of Fort Morgan at Riverside Park and Run Through a preset course while avoiding the scarecrows and their glow in the dark chalk. Stay for the movie Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark. It’s going to be a frightfully good time! Must be at least 13 years old to participate. If under 18, waivers must be signed by a parent or guardian. DATE TIME LOCATION 10/22 7:00PM—11:30PM Riverside Park Fee: $5 T W A M O R E T U R K E Y T R O T 5 K The City of Fort Morgan and the Fort Morgan Community Hospital Association invite you to join us in our 2nd Annual Turkey Trot. Day of registration will begin at 8:00AM. The race starts at 10:00AM. Snacks, drinks and music will be available at the Finish Line. Winners of each division will receive a voucher for a turkey; compliments of the City of Fort Morgan and Edwards Price Right Market! Race winners and door prizes will be announced and awarded starting at 11:00AM in the Twamore Parking Lot. DAYS TIME LOCATION 11/19 8:00AM-12:00PM Twamore Trails Fee: FREE

Fort Morgan is a great place to hold a special event! From 5K races to non-profit fundraisers, the City of Fort Morgan supports a plethora of events to enhance our community. Special event applications can be obtained online at https://www.cityoffortmorgan.com/341/Recreation-Dept-Rental-Agreements or at the Gene Doty Senior Center (307 Linda Street). This application is also used if you are wanting to have any street closures, parades, banners hung, or large public events at any of the City’s parks. All special event packets must be completed and turned it at least 60 days prior to the event to be processed. An insurance policy is required with all special events applications.
