Our Misson

For 30 years, Frisco Family Services has helped members of our Frisco and Frisco ISD communities who are facing hunger, homelessness and other urgent needs improve their quality of life and achieve self-sufficiency.

Where your support goes...

The Power of 30

Thirty years ago, a group of compassionate neighbors, bound by a deep sense of responsibility for one another, came together with a bold vision: to ensure that no one in Frisco would face hardship alone. From that shared commitment, Frisco’s Project for the Future was bornwhat we now proudly call Frisco Family Services.

As we commemorate this remarkable milestone, we reflect on the resilience, generosity, and strength of our community that has made it all possible.

Economic and personal struggles have affected many, reminding us that a crisis can happen to any of us - but it’s in those moments of adversity that the true heart of our community shines. Together, as neighbors, we provided critical assistance to more than 3,852 individuals - our friends, our seniors, our children, and their families this past year. These are not just numbers; they represent lives uplifted by the compassion and care of our community.

At the core of our work are our volunteers, whose tireless efforts make everything we do possible. With 33,745 hours of dedication, they brought commitment, hope, and support to those who needed it most. And with the unwavering support of our community, local businesses, and generous donors, we provided over 724,271 meals to our neighbors, demonstrating the power of collective action.

As we celebrate 30 years of service, we celebrate the power of community - of people coming together with a shared purpose and a commitment to uplifting one another. Your generosity and unwavering support have not only transformed lives but have strengthened our foundation as a community. On behalf of our Board, our dedicated team, and every family whose lives have been touched by your kindness - thank you. We could not do this without you.

With sincere gratitude,

I am I am Frisco Frisco

My name is Eric, and I’m a student at Frisco ISD I love playing football, and I dream of earning a scholarship to go to college to help my mom and me get ahead

While a lot of my friends don’t have to worry about things like getting new sports gear or paying for school supplies, that’s not the case for me My mom works hard every day to make sure I can go to a good school and play the sport I love, but sometimes it feels like we’re just barely making it

There are nights when she’s up late trying to figure out how to pay the bills, and it’s tough knowing that she’s carrying that weight all by herself.

But we’re not alone Thanks to Frisco Family Services, we’ve been able to get help when we needed it most They’ve assisted us with our utility bills and made sure we have enough food from their Market Because of them, I can keep playing football and stay focused on my schoolwork, instead of worrying about things I can’t control

There are a lot of kids like me in Frisco kids with big dreams and parents who are doing their best to make them come true. Sometimes, all it takes is a little help to keep those dreams alive. By supporting Frisco Family Services, you’re not just helping families like mine; you’re making sure that kids like me have a real shot at a better future. Thank you for believing in us.

It Takes a Village

Stonebriar Village’s Decade of Commitment to Frisco Family Services

For over 10 years, Stonebriar Village has proudly partnered with Frisco Family Services (FFS), playing a crucial role in supporting local families in need. What began as a small community initiative has grown into a powerful, ongoing commitment, fueled by the dedication of key residents like Brigid Lund and Eileen McLoughlin.

Brigid Lund’s involvement with FFS dates back to its founding in 1993, when she collaborated with local citizens to create a safety net for Frisco families. Over the years, Brigid’s leadership, including her service as President of the Board of Directors, has been instrumental in the organization’s growth. Her efforts have been essential to making FFS the cornerstone of support it is today, helping countless families find stability and self-sufficiency.

Eileen McLoughlin, another long-time Stonebriar resident, has also been pivotal in expanding the community’s philanthropic efforts, particularly through her heavy involvement in the Stonebriar community food drives. Eileen’s leadership has helped ensure that the annual drives, benefitting the FFS Food Market, continue to grow, providing essential pantry goods, toiletries, and cleaning supplies when they are most needed. With her guidance, Stonebriar Village has increased its contributions year over year, filling the FFS Food Market shelves at critical times, like late summer when donations are typically low.

As we reflect on a decade of partnership, we look forward to continuing this shared journey of compassion and community support. The work of Brigid Lund, Eileen McLoughlin, and the residents of Stonebriar Village stands as a testament to the power of collaboration and a shared commitment to helping those who need it most.

Stonebriar Village provided more than 28,800 meals this year.

Never Too Young to Make a Difference!

Volunteering has a profound impact on children, helping them develop empathy, responsibility, and a sense of community. Through service, they gain valuable life skills like teamwork and leadership, while experiencing the joy of making a difference. Frisco Family Services offers the Little Hands program, designed specifically for young volunteers as early as age 4. This program gives children a hands-on way to get involved, showing them that no one is ever too young to start giving back to their community.
