No experience required! Poolside yoga at Ocean Point Pool on Monday evenings at 6pm. One-hour class session.

BOOT CAMP $10/Members, $15/Guests

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

This group training class will be a mix of HIIT, body weight movements, and core work.You will work all major muscle groups with a variety of movements & equipment in order to maximize calorie burn while building muscle.Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or an athlete, this class is a great way to work on your health & fitness goals while on Fripp Island.

PILATES $10/Members, $15/Guests

Tuesdays and Thursdays

8-9am

This mat-based, flow class is designed to strengthen your core, increase flexibility, and build lean muscle through a series of core based movements. Music will be relaxing & movements will be slow. This class is great for all ages & fitness levels.

WATER AEROBICS

$10/Members, $15/Guests

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7pm

A low-impact but high intensity class designed to improve aerobic capacity, strength & range of motion.Water class is great for anyone that has had previous injuries, back or knee issues, and/or needs a low-impact style class. Each season will have a warm-up done in shallow end of pool, strength component to work the upper & lower body, and cool-down to increase flexibility. Classes will be at the Olympic Pool on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

YOGA FLOW $10/Members, $15/Guests

Wednesdays 6-7pm

This flow class focuses on the fundamental yoga poses that make up a well-rounded yoga practice. Emphasis is placed on safe and effective alignment during poses and during the transitions between poses. Located at the Ocean Point Pool on Wednesday evenings.
