Frik De Meyere is a Belize-based real estate entrepreneur with over 20 years of international business experience. He is originally from Belgium and has spent over two decades building businesses across Europe and Central America Frik is the founder of Prime Belize Real Estate and has closed some of the highest-value property sales in Belize, including private islands and beachfront estates.
Background and Education
Frik was born and raised in a small farming village in Belgium near the Dutch border. He completed his early education in Ghent and Antwerp with degrees in information technology and emergency medical services Later, he earned an MBA from Flanders Business School and completed a second MBA at the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
Before moving to Belize, Frik worked in several industries across Europe These included real estate development, information systems, cosmetics, food production, and construction. Over

He and Ilse also founded Chillpoint, a coffee shop, ice cream bar, and wine lounge in Placencia Frik directly influenced the business's planning, construction, and promotion. Chillpoint opened with local interest and continues to operate as a profitable and popular space for residents and visitors.

Frik has continued to be loyal to his adopted home He became a naturalized Belizean citizen and was appointed a Justice of the Peace He served on the board of AREBB, the national real estate association in Belize, and continues to support real estate professionalism in the region.
