Duties as Site Architect:
- Site Supervision from excavation of footing, concrete pouring of foundations and grade beams.
- Site Supervision of ground floor slab, second floor slab, columns and beams concrete pouring.
- Including CHB wall installation, wall plastering, roof beam installation and roof truss installation.
- Monitoring Electrical works and Plumbing works.
- Construction Site Management
Masigla Office (2023)
Duties as Site Architect:
- Monitoring Demolition works, and Ceiling installation.
Deloria Residence (2019)
Duties as Site Architect:
- Monitoring finishing works such as Painting works, cabinetry, gate & screen installation.
- Designed the Aluminum Screen and Gate for the project.
Jazz Condo Fit-Out (2019)
Duties as Site Architect:
- Minor Renovation monitoring such as Painting works, tile replacement works, and engineered wood planks installation.
