COMMUNIT Y & SPIRITUAL GROW TH

CAMPUS MINISTRIES At Campus Ministries, our mission is to build community and growth within Friends University by leading and encouraging students to live transformed lives in the grace of God. As a Christian University of Quaker heritage, we live out our beliefs—one of those being inclusion. We take pride in accepting students of all faiths and backgrounds.

CHAPEL Chapel is a time for the community to gather for worship, prayer and to explore what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni and friends of the University are invited to join us on Thursdays from 11 to 11:50 a.m. in the Alumni Auditorium of the Davis Administration Building.

MISSION TRIPS Work with a team over fall break, spring break or both, to explore important issues in our world and serve alongside churches and organizations that are making a difference. Join Campus Ministries on an immersion trip and work with non-profits and churches around the country and around the world. Immersion trips are an opportunity to partner with others in service, learn about national and global issues and see the ways that God’s kingdom is moving around the world.

Recharge away from campus with a fun time of learning and resting while growing in your faith. Campus Ministries often takes students on retreats where students have an opportunity to join other students in rest and recreation, to connect with God, and to learn and engage in spiritual practices and disciplines.
