We specialize in treating acute and chronic neurological, orthopedic and cardiopulmonary conditions — offering the treatment that is best suited for you in the comfort of your home.
Rehabilitation services We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy through FellowshipLIFE’s Therapy at Home program. Just make an appointment and a licensed therapist will come to your home and bring any necessary equipment. Services may be short-term, to help you recover from an injury or surgery, or long-term to improve your overall level of wellness.
Wellness services Wellness services, including personal training and massage therapy, are also available in your home. We are dedicated to empowering and supporting your commitment to live an active and healthy life.
