What we do?

We are involved in the business of growing, processing, packing & exporting GHERKINS

- a savouried Pickle relished globally & sold in the markets of Europe, USA, Australia, Russia etc.. Gherkins are popular as a "pick led" product & consumed as a delicacy with other food items like vegetables, meat or salads. Our sourcing & production plants are strategically located amidst the states of Karnataka & Tamilnadu rightly placed within the Gherkin growing belt region. The company has executed contracts to procure about 1500 MT of Gherkins in the coming season and all the gherkins will be packed in food grade drums as semi processed product. The size of the gherkins varies from grade to grade. The packaging is done according to the need of the customer requirement. Freshara Picklz has a wide distribution network across the globe with its well estab lished customer relations. Product Description

Banderillas also called pinchos de encurtidos, are cold tapas made from small food items pickled in vinegar and skewered together. They are also known as gildas or piparras and consist of pickled items, like olives, baby onions, baby cucumbers, chiles (guindilla) with pieces of pepper and other vegetables. Sometimes they include an anchovy.
