We want to stay away from the traditional, “hotel uniform” approach, and provide team members with the ability to express their personality and preferences with clothes in which they feel comfortable and proud. Each team member receives a set of various clothes that all fit together but can be freely worn based on the mood of the day. At the same time, these garments are tailored to match each property’s design and location.
For th e team m ember, it doesn’t feel like a u niform – for th e gu est, it’s obvious everyone plays in th e sam e team.

Swissôtel Sochi Kamelia is an old Russian palace turned into a contemporary resort and renovated in the modern spirit of our Swiss-inspired design.
Th e cloth ing of our team m embers has been designed to match th e h otel’s color sch em e, and to pro vide our team m embers with a cool and relaxed look, with a touch of elegance. Though team members all wear different sets of clothes, guests can easily recognize they belong to the hotel’s team.
Each team member receives a set of different clothes, that can be freely used and mixed. For ladies: shirt and blouse, trouser and skirt, dress and jacket‌ For gentlemen: different trousers, jacket and shirts.

Uniforms can be inspired by our Swiss origins. The Swiss Service Agent, this essential team member that delivers all services to guests up to the rooms, receives a gilet inspired by our doorman uniform. Light and comfortable, it enables them to move freely.
Stylish and colorful, it is inspired by th e Appezeller “Trach t�, th e Su ndaz dress that is worn in th e East of Switzerland.

Small, unapologetically colorful accessories make a difference and wow up the style of your team members. These accessories remain highly functional, with clutch bags for ladies to hold phone, keys and business cards, suspenders for bartenders, etc.

Design follows fu nction. In line with Swissôtel’s design philosophy, uniforms need to remain highly functional, durable, and easy to maintain. For uniforms of housekeeping team members, smart and discreet details make clothing a comfortable and helpful working tool.

Case study Swiss么tel Sochi Kamelia - All Day Dining
Restaurants all com e up with th eir own identity and th eir own look & feel. Team members still enjoy the same freedom to dress how they feel, but are given functional and fashionable accessories that match the overall ambiance of the outlet. At Swissôtel Sochi Kamelia, the traditional apron is given a more casual, “pareo” look, with a pattern inspired by Swiss alpine flowers that matches the colors of the restaurant. The entire attire mixes meaning, functionality and elegance.
