Reese Davies and Vicki Mazzei-Davies

Reese and Vicki are connected to French Hospital in many ways. As a student at San Luis Obispo High School in the 1960s, Reese watched the construction of French Hospital on the Johnson Avenue site. He later served as a Foundation Board Member for ten years. Vicki, a Registered Nurse, moved to San Luis Obispo in 1981 and helped launch the hospital’s award-winning cardiac program. Both continue to make French Hospital their hospital of choice, both for their medical care and for their volunteerism.

Reese and Vicki made a significant gift to French Hospital as part of their estate plan.

“We both feel strongly that giving back is so important to our community’s future. We are proud to support and be connected to French Hospital, knowing that the hospital will be there in the future for our children and grandchildren,” says Reese.
