Adult Softball League Adult Softball League is back this season! The twelve (12) week league has a men’s division and coed division with one playoff week for top teams in each division. Team Captain should register by enrolling in “Create and Join Team” to pay the team balance in full. Team members should register by enrolling in “Join Team” if the team has already been created with a password or “Individual Registration” and ensure they are included in the submitted roster by the Team Captain. Winter/Spring Season will begin the week of February 21, 2023. All Managers must register their teams online by January 30, 2023. 10 players per team must be registered online by February 6, 2023.Team Registration fee includes League & Umpire Fees as a whole. old and their caregivers discover ways to explore nature at California Nursery Historical Park each week. Each nature-themed session incorporates stories, music and movement, vocabulary, literacy, math and science skills, and artistic expression. A walking tour takes us on an adventure, practicing observation, investigation, and inquiry. Participants are encouraged to use the skills learned in their own neighborhood park. Rege’s Soccer Cup This adapted Soccer League is loosely structured to give players the opportunity to be outside and get active playing soccer through scrimmages and tournament cup themed play! The coaches will reinforce good plays, have breaks, change players on teams and who they play to make sure it is as balanced and fun as possible.

Little Sluggers T Ball League Introduce your little slugger to the game of baseball/softball.

Rege’s Soccer Academy In Rege’s Soccer academy players are taught age appropriate skills for them to develop proper soccer fundamentals in a fun and encouraging environment. We have a tailored curriculum that builds on each age’s key/technical skills of dribbling, passing, shooting and control all delivered through fun drills, games and scrimmage time. Register Now Rege’s Soccer Cup This adapted Soccer League is loosely structured to give players the opportunity to be outside and get active playing soccer through scrimmages and tournament cup themed play! The coaches will reinforce good plays, have breaks, change players on teams and who they play to make sure it is as balanced and fun as possible.

Youth Flag Football League City of Fremont and Fremont Football League are offering Youth Flag Football League for boys and girls ages 7-15. Flag Football is a safe and educational way for youth to enjoy the game of football,while learning sportsmanship, competition, teamwork and the fundamentals. The Winter-Spring season includes the following: 3weeks of pre-game practices 8 games of league play up to 2 weeks of playoffs. Reversible jersey & flag. Teams will practice a minimum of 1 day a week, with coach/team option of holding other practices on their own. Practice participation is required, for the safety of all players. Practice & Game schedule will be set after teams are formed. Register by February 6th to receive your practice schedule before practices begin the week of February 13th.

CITY OF FREMONT RELEASE AGREEMENT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS IN CONSIDERATION OF PERMISSION TO PARTICIPATE IN OR USE ANY CITY OF FREMONT (hereinafter referred to as “City”) FACILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS ACTIVITY, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING: 1. T HE PARTICIPANT HEREBY RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE THE CITY OF FREMONT, ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS AND AGENTS (hereinafter referred to as “releasees”) from all liability to the participant, his or her personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, for any loss, damage, or claim therefore on account of injury to the person, participant’s family member, or property of the participant, whether caused by any negligent act or omission of the releasees or otherwise, while the participant or participant’s family member is participating in a City activity or using any City facilities in connection with the activity.

2. T HE PARTICIPANT HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, charges, expenses, and attorney fees (including attorney fees to establish the releasees’ right to indemnify incurred on appeal) resulting from involvement in this activity, whether caused by any negligent act or omission of the releasees or otherwise.

3. T HE PARTICIPANT HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE to self or participant’s family member while upon City property or participating in the activity or using any City facilities and equipment, whether caused by any negligent act or omission of releasees or otherwise. The participant expressly agrees that the foregoing release and waiver, indemnity agreement and assumption of risk, are intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by California law and that if any portion thereof is deemed to be held invalid, notwithstanding, the balance shall continue in full legal force and effect.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING and I am aware of the legal consequences of this agreement, including the acknowledgement that it prevents me from suing the City or its employees, agents, or officers, if I or my family member is injured or my property is damaged for any reason as a result of participation in this activity. I further acknowledge that no oral representations, statements or inducements have been made.

Registration Policies Requests for withdrawals/transfers can be submitted at www.RegeRec.com.

REFUND POLICY Refunds are allowed if requested up to seven calendar days prior to the start of the activity.

A $10 per class withdrawal fee will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to four weeks for receipt of refund by check.

TRANSFER POLICY Transfers are allowed up to seven calendar days prior to the start of the class. There is no charge for this service.

CANCELLATIONS We reserve the right to cancel a class for any reasonable cause. Should this happen, your fee will be refunded in full or you may transfer to any open class.

NON-RESIDENT FEES For persons not residing in Fremont, the fee is $5 in addition to the published fee per class.

SENIOR CITIZEN DISCOUNT Seniors (Ages 60+) receive a 10% discount on all classes except those designated for seniors.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE The City of Fremont and many local business and organizations have funded a grant program, which provides financial assistance for Fremont Residents. All requests are kept confidential. For more information about scholarships, please visit Fremont.gov and search scholarships. Donations are tax deductible.
