Little Chefs in Training

Ages 5-7

Parents will help their child learn to bake while also participating in socialization skills. Children will experience a variety of foods while developing skills in counting, measuring, and eye-hand coordination with your assistance. Project Runway

Ages 8-13

Save money and express your own style. Design clothing using sewing patterns and learn sewing safety tips and stitching techniques by hand and with machine. Sewing machines provided for each two students. Learn to read patterns to make clothing and more. Show off your work at the Fashion Showcase at the last day of class modeling your own creations. Hands Together Ceramics

Ages 5-12

Parents will take part of this hands on class and participate with their child to create various baked goods. This is a great time to learn the fundamentals of baking, spend quality time with your child, and make new friends! Children will develop skills in counting, measuring, and hand eye coordination with your assistance. Parent participation required - only ONE adult per child. Creative Chefs

Ages 7-11

Students will learn about food safety, sanitation, how to measure ingredients, and different tools and equipment used. Participants will work in small groups allowing more hands on activity and learn that teamwork is key to success. Every session has a different theme attached! We will create a variety of baked goods, such as cupcakes to cinnamon rolls, etc. Most, but not all recipes will be from scratch, allowing the students to know what goes into their food and how it's made. All participants will receive a recipe book. By the end of the session, participants will leave as confident bakers ready to bake for their friends and family! No class Feb. 13. BAR AGE 235842 7-11

Create three-dimensional art projects, both practical and artistic! You will learn handcrafted ceramic techniques while sculpting figures and pots. Build using slab procedures including scoring and slip techniques. Create vases and free forms using coil techniques. Pottery will be medium-fired with use of white clay and non-toxic glazes.
