Teen Summer Library Club: Space for us all

June 1 -July 31

Grades 6-12. Stop by the Youth Services desk to complete a short activity to spin the prize wheel. Each visit earns you an entry in the Grand Prize raffle for a $100 gift card. After 6 visits you’ll also earn a free book!

Teen Personal Reading Challenge

Go online to fremontlibrary.org/teens to download the 2023 Reading Challenge Form or pick one up at the library. For every 5 books read you’ll receive an entry in the raffle to win $100, awarded at the end of the year!

Books of the Month

We select a Middle School and a High School book each month and have them available for checkout. Read and collect the bookmarks from 4 selections and earn a free book to keep!

ACT, SAT, or PSAT Virtual Practice Test

Saturday, July 8

Grades 9-12. Take a VIRTUAL free practice ACT/SAT/PSAT test from C2 Education at home. Students can take the test anytime that works well for them that day. Complete the online form from C2. (Online)

Teen Egg Drop Lander

Wednesday, June 28, 7:00pm

Can you build an Egg Drop Lander that will protect your ‘Eggstronaut’? Compete against other teams to see if you can successfully land your egg and win a prize. Supplies provided.

Try some food similar to what astronauts might eat in space! We will provide small samples of a variety of freeze-dried and dehydrated foods for you to taste.

Learn kitchen safety and cooking basics through this hands-on class. Use your culinary skills to prepare a tasty treat!
