Guided Meditation & Chair Yoga
Did you get our newsletter? Pick it up at the library! Please note there are options for in-person programs with locations inside and outdoors as well as streaming and Zoom options for most program. Please register for the programs/formats you prefer. We will be contacting attendees two days before each program whether the program is being changed due to weather/health risk or if it is happening as planned. Our goal is to offer enjoyable programs in a safe manner. Masks are requested for all users of the library and curbside services are still available.
