AgeGuide (ADRN) Hours

Wednesdays, 9:00am-1:00pm

Seniors 60+ and caregivers can have walk-in appointments with a certified representative about health, transportation, housing, and financial resources in Lake County.

AARP Tax Help

AARP Tax Aides provide free tax preparation on Thursday afternoons and Friday mornings. To make an appointment online, go to fremontlibrary.org/taxes or call the Library for assistance with appointments. Call 224-424-3118 for any questions for tax preparers.

DIY Taxes

Thursdays, 6:00-8:00pm

Patrons earning $84,000 or less in 2024 can file their taxes online for free with an IRS-certified counselor on hand for questions. (In person)
