We have in stock the 1040 and 1040SR forms and instructions for Federal tax forms. The Illinois1040, ICR, E/EIC, Schedule WIT and instructions are also available for Illinois tax forms. You can obtain the forms using Curbside pickup. Call the library for assistance.
