It’s been 25 years since the first Street Arts Festival and again the City of Fremantle is thrilled to host what is now the largest street arts celebration in Australasia.
A showcase of groundbreaking and unusual street theatre from around the globe, this year we welcome acts from France, Canada, Peru, the Netherlands, Japan, Argentina, Finland, New Zealand and of course, Australia. We are grateful to Tourism WA for providing Metro Events funding to the Festival this year, allowing us to bring you a bigger and better experience, with a new evening location at Walyalup Koort, where we will host the magnificent pyrotechnic and dance performance of Amor by France’s Compagnie Bilbobasso.
Open the programme to discover this year’s schedule filled with exceptional acts; from acrobats to comedy, giant otherworldly puppets to cabaret and everything in between. Hang around after dark to catch a premium music schedule and enjoy everything our city has to offer.
Thank you to all our sponsors and supporters and most importantly – our performers and audience members - for contributing to the ongoing success of the festival.

BE GREEN
FISAF aims to be an environmentally friendly event. We support venues that use sustainable serving and packaging options and always say no to plastic straws. We encourage patrons to walk, cycle, or use public transport as much as possible when attending FISAF.
Through its Access All Arts program, DADAA offers Audio Description and Assistive Listening for selected FISAF shows. Audio Description enhances live performance and visual art for people who are blind or vision impaired. An Audio Describer delivers a verbal description of the visual elements via a personal headset. Assistive Listening improves the experience for a person who is hard of hearing, sending the audio directly to a Bluetooth hearing aid via phone.
