The evening was filled with energetic dancing to a variety of music, a lavish feast featuring a diverse range of sumptuous dishes, heartfelt toasts that captured the spirit of the occasion, and a spectacular display of fireworks that lit up the night sky This fellowship activity not only provided a delightful platform for the members of RC Narvacan to strengthen their enduring friendships but also served as a powerful symbol of the club's unwavering dedication to advancing world understanding and peace Furthermore, by showcasing the special connections among Rotarians, the event also aimed to attract potential new members and inspire existing members to continue their active involvement within the club.
On July 1, 2023, at the beautiful Villa Gloria Resort in Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, the Rotary Club of Narvacan came together to launch the 'Give a Child Love' Project, marking the beginning of the RY 2023-2024 This powerful and impactful project stands as a shining testament to our shared commitment to ensuring that every child from disadvantaged communities receives not only an education but also vital nourishment and care, thus significantly improving their overall well-being During this heartfelt event, Rotarians gathered children from Brgy Turod Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, and provided them with much-needed school supplies, essential vitamins, and nutritious food packs Additionally, an enchanting children's party was organized, featuring an array of engaging games, lively dance performances, uplifting songs, and delicious food, ensuring that each child experienced a day filled with joy and happy memories.

RC Narvacan has once again renewed its Brothers Club Agreement with RC Makati, a partnership that originally began in 2020 The renewal, officially signed on July 7, 2023, serves as a powerful affirmation of the shared values and mutual objectives of the two clubs, emphasizing the significance of friendship, brotherly understanding, and cooperation This act further solidifies the unity and collective purpose in collaborating on projects and activities of shared interest. The renewal ceremony was attended by President Bing Matoto from RC Makati and Pres Carlos Valera from RC Narvacan, symbolizing the commitment of both clubs to their enduring partnership
Meanwhile, with a shared vision of promoting mutual understanding, friendship, and goodwill and a commitment to joint projects across Rotary's various avenues of service, the Rotary Club of Narvacan and the Rotary Club of Dau came together in a spirit of unity and collaboration. This momentous occasion took place on July 22, 2023, at Green Meadows, Mabalacat City, where Pres Carlos Valera of RC Narvacan and Pres Eghee Dayrit of RC Dau signed the Sisterhood Agreement on behalf of their respective clubs The presence of DG Francis Cornejo and other Rotarians from D3790 underscored the collective optimism of this partnership for the future

Some of the most experienced district leaders conducted informative discussions on all phases of Rotary administration and service projects.
