Membership RCN Newbies Attend MDS for Areas 1&2 Every new member plays a crucial role in RC Narvacan's success by contributing their unique personal and professional skills to enhance the club's ability to make a positive impact on the community. Led by President Mark Taculog, the Rotary Club of Narvacan actively participated in the Membership Development Seminar for Areas 1 and 2 of District 3790 at Plaza Del Norte Laoag City on August 10, 2024.

This event featured insightful presentations from distinguished speakers such as PDG Albin Gonzales, PDG Mildred Vitangcol, PP Alex Patio, and PP Fernando Tiong, who shared valuable strategies for enhancing membership growth and retention within Rotary. The knowledge and insights gained by new members from the seminar are essential for supporting RC Narvacan's wide range of programs, as membership serves as the foundation for nurturing a strong and dynamic Rotary club.

Development GMS 2024 The Rotary Club of Narvacan recently participated in the Grant Management Seminar Apsomnroed by District 3790, held on July 20, 2024, at Pangasinan Training Center, Lingayen, Pangasinan. This seminar is not just a requirement, but a crucial step in achieving our club's goals.

Rotary International requires every club wishing to apply for matching grants for service projects (both local and international) to qualify by attending the Grants Management Seminar sponsored by the District every year. This seminar is of utmost importance as it is a crucial step in qualifying for matching grants, motivating all clubs in the District to remain committed to implementing Rotary's seven areas of focus.

Esteemed speakers knowledgeable in the field shared insights about TRF Grant Programs, TRF Finances, Grants Cycle and Sustainability, and Measuring Impact Of Global Grants.

Celebrating Bday ‘d Rotarian Way True to his passion for community service, Rtn. Richard Gomez, owner of Chad Cafe, celebrated his birthday in a truly unique way. Departing from the traditional celebrations, he expressed his love for his constituents through a community outreach program on July 27, 2024, at San Antonio Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. During the activity, Rtn. Richard was not alone. The Rotary Club of Narvacan, along with the Lacasandile Medical Clinic and Diagnostic Center, Solid Grand Ilocandia, Philippine Red Cross, and Ilocos Sur Southern Medical Society, united in a shared mission to serve the community.

A simultaneous Medical Mission, Blood Donation, Laboratory Testing, and Health Education were conducted, with the said groups joining together in a collective effort to touch lives and make a difference in helping people in the community stay healthy and away from sickness.

The outreach mission was an eloquent expression of love for the people of San Antonio Narvacan, Ilocos Sur. The positive responses and admiration from the community are a testament to the significant impact this program had on the lives of the people it touched.

This activity is a shining example of how a true Rotarian, driven by a selfless heart, can serve beyond himself for the general well-being of his people. The celebration undertook activity based on his belief that serving God and the people with the utmost love and concern is the most meaningful way to celebrate his special day.
