“Providing access to the library throughout the city is our top priority,” says Siobhan A. Reardon, President and Director of the Free Library. “Offering all communities a sixth day of service at their neighborhood library allows more of our customers to access the important resources and programs that have made the Free Library a vital Philadelphia institution.”

We are deeply grateful to Mayor Kenney for increasing the Free Library’s budget this fiscal year, which has allowed us to hire additional staff and ensure this service. For current hours of all libraries, visit freelibrary.org/locations.
