In this issue, we tackle the hard but needed conversations to go beyond trauma and show the resilience and fortitude of our sisters who have suffered greatly at the hands of someone else, but who are showing up to advocate and help otHERs heal on the journey of life. We meet BriGette McCoy, FoundHER of a consulting business after years of leading the way with her nonprofit, Women Veteran's Social Justice. We also sit down with Rebecca Lipe and DeShaun barber from Service Women Action Network, SWAN and their incredible fight and advocacy for women that served. We talk about places to visit to decompress and take pause. We share about the incredible organization and resources provided by the Pink Berets, we talk about the safety of home, how to be a brave and beautiful SurviveHER and most importantly how to heal from trauma. A valuable magazine issue for our Survivors of MST and any other violence or trauma. #webelieveyou
